Thread: weight loss , not fat loss just weight loss ....

    weight loss , not fat loss just weight loss ....

    Going to make this as simple as possible ,

    Made up 35 year old male is going to get up at 6am , shower , have a cup of coffee , go to his desk job for 8 hours , have lunch at noon , come home do house chores , do some laundry , eat dinner , relax to a good book and go to sleep . Then repeat the next day and the next etc etc etc for 3 months exact routine..….. zero changes .

    List what you feel he should take (roids , sarms , peptides , fat-burners , supps , etc ) to maximize WEIGHT loss during those 3 months . No diet change , no exercise , same routine for 3 months …

    Go ….

    Lets hear what you recommend ?

    Water with organic apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning and again before dinner. If said person can handle the sides, phentermine is great hunger suppressor.

    the only thing that i can see being a logical answer to this hypothetical question is cardarine, but even with that we know from studies and real world results that exercising while on it and eating healthy maximizes results 10 fold

    at the end of the day if you did the same thing that you have been doing it wont mean shit what you take, homeostasis will run things. the only way to throw the body off of homeostasis is a change to your lifestyle entirely

    Boy- I feel sorry for this “hypothetical “ human being. Almost like my kids hamsters-same thing everyday.

    While human beings are a creature of habit and we all tend to do the same things every day- this is extremely depressing.

    Honestly- (and excuse my language here) fuck sarms, steroids, fat burners etc. none of that will do anything for this person. Sure they might loose a pound but thatÂ’s not enough to even notice. What this individual needs is a walk. IÂ’d like to see this person come home from their desk job and go for a 20 minute walk. Look around, smell the fresh air, think, move, live..........

    Missing the point , this is the "Steroid Forum" correct , so I was asking what you could put in your body to just plain old lose weight and maybe back it up with a reason why …..

    ex. clen - would raise metabolism

    So the assumption is caloric intake is exactly the same? If thats the case and this hypothetical individual were eating say 1,000 calories over maintenance with no exercise and decided to take clen, albuterol, ephedra (ECA stack), T3/T4, etc im not sure what it would really do?
