Will sarms help with sore joints

I just started a workout routine and it's really pounded my body into the dirt. My feet knees and other joints are all hurting. I am desperate to help relieve this pain. what kind of sarm's is best to use I read about ostarine MK. Should I just run that at 50 mg a day for 12 weeks and and see what happens or should I try something else

I think Steve mentioned this above, but I'm going to give my own two cents which are closely related. Using a program either on enhancements or completely natural that pounds you to dirt as you say, his inherently a bad idea at any age and in any training cycle. You should be following a close protocol in regards to your training and diet as primary prior to considering any performance enhancers to remediate issues with the first two considerations of any solid program. Plain and simple.
