I have always really liked yohimbine as a fat burner. It has some really good science backing it. It's one of the few supplements that has multiple human clinical studies backing its effectiveness.

It works best when taken on an empty stomach and stacked with caffeine.

I know Lyle Mcdonald is a big yohimbine fan. I first heard about yohimbine years ago through his books.

Dylan - which product do you use and can you recommend another with just yohimbine only?

Add an appropriate amount of Yohimbe extract to your herbal supplement regimen could improve cognition, boost energy levels, and improve healing as it is a good vasodilator, expanding the blood vessels and helping in improving the flow of blood to provide additional oxygen and necessary nutrients to cells and organs, thus, improving your overall heart health and prevent an acceleration of coronary heart diseases.

Studies have also advocated that it has the potential to increase the energy expenditure of people, thereby enhancing their energy levels but only a limited amount is considered safe as an excessive intake may result in side effects.
natureforms your post concerns me. First of all the link you put doesn't seem to include yohimbine at all. So to me you're just trying to promote some bullshit "volume" pill Prove me wrong, please. I also do not see any of the studies you claim to refer to.

This is a really quality ingredient that is going to be in any fat burner that claims to be powerful. The great thing with n2Burn is that it is a stack with multiple ingredients that work well together. The key is to watch the time you take it so you avoid sleep issues.
