you can... it doesn have side effects im not particularly fond of and i dont think its necessary to use to be honest but thats up to you... if you do add it, just run a moderate dose
Yohimbine is pretty common in a lot of pre-workout supplements and you can also order it as a standalone supplement. If you want to do that check out Liftmode.com. They're local to the US and anything you order will show up in about 3 days. It has a REALLY short half life though, so if you're going to use it I suggest using it as a pre-workout supplement. Be careful on the dosage though, there is definitely a "too much of a good thing" if you're not careful. You can actually kill yourself with this stuff although the lethal dosage is really high and the relative chance of killing yourself if you overdose is really low. As a side note, before the advent of things like Viagra and Cialis yohimbine was actually a prescribed medication for erectile dysfunction. Yes, the better boners are kinda nice, but no, it is not as effective as Viagra and Cialis.Originally Posted by badg96

Unless you really struggle with being hungry all the time, I wouldn't add anything else with the stack. Stimulants actually hinder your progress in a lot of cases.
