MRI is better than Xray when it comes to soft tissue damage
a shot or cortizone will make you feel better temporarily, but it won't heal the injury

its important to not hammer shoulders otherwise it will tear bigtime where you need surgery. keep working on mobility and flexibility. take a look at some yoga poses, look at the eagle pose. and try to improve it so you improve mobility in the shoulders and joints https://www.yogajournal.com/poses/eagle-pose/

Holding the mri card back for now because of cost of course it would show the extent of the injury.

yes they are scumbags man. one ortho wanted to charge me $6500 for mine. i went to another ortho who had some compassion and they charged me $1700 only. the thing is MRI machines are quite expensive. like 6 figure expensive lol. so they got payments to make
