Hi All, just had my gyno removed and ready for my next cycle. Can you confirm the best way to
prevent gyno moving forward. Will running Nolvadex the whole time during cycle prevent the receptors binding. Any help my brothers would be great and also a good education lesson for us all.

I'm gyno prone myself mate, nolva works 20mg daily but I found Raloxifene works a little better for me personally. Doesn't feel as harsh on my system and some studies show it's less of a gain killer while on cycle. Could be all bro science didn't read the articles properly to be honest. Just another option for you to think about. Good luck brother
