50-300mg per day is the usual range for therapeutic doses. The oil is better if you plan on starting at a lower dose. I also believe that injectables are better in general as they go straight into the blood stream and do not come into contact with stomach acids and other digestive enzymes that may or may not reduce bioavailability.
How would you dose DHEA and would you recommend the tabs or oil
