Right on the site when you go to it you are prompted about whether or not you want the domestic or international site and it also has a tab on the top of the site to switch between the two of them.. it cannot be made any easier to do
They both work well, you can go international or domestic with D-S and you'll get your pack fast

I have plenty of clients in Chicago who travel for business and spend time all over europe too. Paris, london, Germany etc.
they all use domestic supply at home and then use the international shop when i europe. it works great
