Tren Remedies

jbranken

Advanced Cyborg Brother
Here's just a few remedies for all of the guys that are trying tren for the first time or repeat users that can't shake the sides. Not all of these remedies are always practical or cost effective but they have helped me tremendously and have allowed me to experiment with higher doses of tren and still remain nearly side free.

Insomnia:
- caber
- low test dose
- eating clean before bed, but no carbs or fatty foods
- GH/ GH related peptides

Erectile Issues:
- Lower test dose
- control estrogen
- Caber
- Proviron/Masteron
- cialis

Night Sweats:
- No carbs or fatty foods before bed
- Lower test dose
- Bedside fan

Acid Reflux:
- eating clean as possible
- one Zantac 150 each day
- no foods high in fat or saturated fats in the evening

Cramps/Pumps:
- Double water intake
- taurine (15g)

Loss of Appetite:
- GH related peptides upon waking and before bed
- eat cleaner

Lethargy:
- More Carbs during the morning/daytime
- Control BP
- Control estrogen
- short daytime nap

Headaches:
- More Carbs during morning/daytime
- control high BP
- short daytime nap

Morning Dry Mouth:
- double water Intake
- bedside water

Breathing/Cardio Issues:
- Cardarine
- inhaler/albuterol

Tren Cough:
- Try Enanthate rather than acetate if you are more prone to this.

Blood Pressure:
- Hydrochlorothyaxide
- Low sodium diet
- n2guard
- natural supports such as:
• garlic
• fish/flax oils
• hibiscus
• cinnamon (helps insulin sensitivity too)
• basil
• beets/beet juice
• vitamin D
• celery maybe? There's too damn many. You get the point.
- double water intake
- Lower body fat
- cialis

If tren is unbearable for you still, try a different ester. The biggest game changer with tren for me was switching up the ester from A to E. Lowering my test dose was the next biggest game changer. Higher test doses will cause more aromatization and in a tren cycle, this will ultimately lead to higher prolactin and more sides. With that in mind, controlling estrogen with an a.i. would seem to keep sides under wraps but it's not always the case. With tren being so strong and anabolic on its own, I find it pointless to use a high test dose. Using enough test for libido function and well being is all that is required and you may find your experience with tren to be more enjoyable, though there is no cookie cutter remedy for all of us.

Blood pressure---watermelon, which in some studies was shown to reduce blood pressure as well as some medications...MOA, is its very high in L-Citrulline which is a natural blood pressure reducer. It works better than powdered L Citrulline because it has natural cofactors that help with absorption unlike the powder. With summer coming up, it should be no issue getting enough...

Also potassium, nature's natural BP lowerer...foods high in potassium:

Avocados, Potatoes(White/Sweet), White Beans, Dark Leafy Vegetables(Spinach highest), Bananas, etc...

Brewers Yeast is also very high in potassium and an excellent all around health supplement, supplying 600 mg potassium and 9 g protein per 2 TBSP

Good info

I must be one of the lucky ones. I have literally had no negative sides during my first run with Tren (ace). I am getting the good sides though, ie strength like a mofo and noticeable stamina in the gym....and increase bf loss.

I am taking all the correct ancillaries and sides though.

I am always hot, particularly at night. So I can't comment on being hot and night sweats as this is my normal life. Insomnia - meh....no worse than usual.

Guess I'm just lucky! If/when I try again maybe I'll give here a bit higher dose and see what happens. Currently on Test P and Tren A 100 eod of each.

Right before cardio or @ another time?

Good stuff bro, I use at least 50 percent of these things myself. I'm on doc prescribed lisinopril/hctz for BP, singulair for asthma (helps with cardio), and seroquel for sleep. Also have trazadone if I really can't sleep.

We could write out a 5 page list of natural blood pressure remedies. I dont have the patience

You know what's up meat. HCTZ is probably the best thing in my arsenal. Even If I have a pretty heavy cheat day, that stuff helps tremendously with the bp from water retention and sodium intake. It also keeps me looking very dry

Thanks JP great info now that i am in Tren

Some great advice there. You could also add that the cramps can be minimized by taking taurine. My first cycle with tren i had terrible cramps in my back and hamstrings. It was suggested that I take taurine and it really did help a lot.

I have never got any cramps with injectables just with orals

That's a good thought. I forgot about pumps and cramps

i know the title says natural remedies, but as far as insomnia goes im an advocate of ambien. NEVER to be taken with alcohol.

very easy prescription to get. i find it helps relax my body after a rough day as well.

And if you have acid reflux take apple cider vinegar

that may have been the most unassuring article I have ever read. but you are right, there are definitely health risks involved with sleeping meds.

Great info. Im planning on doing my first tren cycle in July and I'll keep this info in mind.

Damn meathead. You have some godd stuff. Ha....I cant take seroquel. I tried one of those once and was out for like 2 days

I don't experience bad tren sides like most.... but I do get fairly bad lethargy and insomnia. Listed below are things that really help minimize those sides for me.

Moderate dose test
GHRP/Ipam + CJC-1295
Proviron
25-50mcg t3 ED

I really don't get many Sides with Tren A, but when I was doing Tren E, it was Profuse Sweating and Trensomnia.
At least for me, I was getting Hypoglycemic at Night.
My Solution was some Room Temp Water with Honey................................. JP
P.S.
Worked every time !

I agree with this except for no carbs before bed.

If you want to reduce tren sides carbs are very important.. my secret weapon is waffles with honey similar to what JP said.
you run the risk of waking up sweating and suffering from hypo symptoms if you don't get in your carbs

you should be finding alternative ways to relax.. ie: yoga for example.

sleep meds are highly addictive and will make your sleeping issues WORSE, not better over time

for those that have tren issues from sleeping then you need to stop taking it, sleep is extremely important in bodybuilding that is when your muscles are growing as we all know

Running tren e and the no sleep is killing me I've tired sleepy time tea with honey helps a little but eating something sweet seems to help the most but I don't want to keep eating shit gonna try lowering my test see if that helps

only works if your body doesn't produce enough and from my understanding trensomnia is terrible. Something melatonin wont touch.

Yeah I don't think that would help IMO. The peptides sound like a great addition though. Thanks Jbranken for this thread man. Good sticky worthy post.

For those if you who can't sleep did you ever just try a simple OTC sleeping pill? You can get like a thousand of them for like 10 bucks at Costco. They work great for me - I've never even considered getting an RX sleep aid.

I don't take them regularly but they work when I need them.

Lol at yoga for sleeping on tren. Beating off while meditating on a hot blonde helps me. :)

I don't get any sides on tren. I even sleep better on it, so long as I keep my blood sugar levels balanced before I go to bed. I find a protein shake or something similar does the trick for me.

I have just recently broken out with some back acne. But I changed the brand of tren I used for the last week to see how good it is. But the bacne could be from diet as it's been slightly off the last week, the change in brand or just the gear not being as good as what I was using before hand. Other than that the new gear has been good.

Diphenhydramine HCl which is found in original benadryl works great for me. Slows my heart rate and gets me sleeping. I'm careful with things like nyquil because they don't induce proper deep REM stages of sleep.

Also taking a magnesium powdered drink before bed really helps relax my muscles and I find I get deeper sleep

I would like to give a big credit to Jb bro for making it easier for the newbies to using tren & combating its side effects.
Thanks so much brother 👍

WOW !!! Just can"t thank enough to brother JB....very informative and great info. Every one mentions Low dose of test with tren, how much mg of test is considered low here? 200 mg?

Make this a sticky! This is a lot of incredibly valuable information, I wish I had all of this my first tren run. Thanks for this jb, it's going to save a lot of frustration for the community.
