i am not a newbie by any means. however i have just started my first GH/slin cycle. was reading in the GH sticky that localised injections can cause that partiular muscle to grow. i have undersized calves and was wondering if i can shoot GH into my calves. i did not see calves listed as a possible injection site in the infomation above. any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

If u have high insert calves then ur fucked...sorry but its the truth. Just hit em hard 3 times a week...my calves suck too...injecting hgh into ur calves wont matter

I doubt science backs that up. Happy to be proved wrong

Localized injection to make that particular muscle grow is absolutely the most stupidest bro science i personally believe that is out there. NO it won’t help..

Maybe if ur shooting synthol , but youd be stupid to touch that stuff

I don't know of any scientific evidence that supports the claim that IMing GH will focus muscle growth on the injected muscle. Just SubQ GH if you're using it, but keep in mind the amount needed to cause hyperplasia in your muscles is really high, and therefore very expensive and not without other consequences.

No and no. Only MGF from what i know and have to be injected directly to muscle after training and i mean 5 min max after training due to very short life

Whatever it is that you are injecting I would avoid calves at all costs.

And about the localized growth...there are certain peptides like IGF-1 DES (if I remember correctly) that have been shown to have a localized growth effect.

you are thinking about synthol and we all have weak and strong body parts. that is the fun about lifting weights. and secondly 90% of meatheads in the gym have way more stronger front upper body then back, and way stronger upper body overall than legs anyway. they just don't care cause they want to mire themselves in the mirror. however it is a much more serious issue than worrying about calves

My gym has a ton of mens physique guys...never train legs...it looks weird. Gigantic pecs and arms and spongebob legs...i dont get it

There is zero benefit to localized injections. If that were the case my quads would be my best body part instead of my weakest
