My first 2 orders were within reasonable timeframes but third one appears to be MIA and getting ridiculous run-around answers from support email. Order was paid for 10 days ago and shipped 6 days ago but for some reason hasn’t even pick up a scan intransit at any distribution center. Main concern is the absurd responses I’m getting, see below

You need to understand that English is their second language. So what you think is a ridiculous or rude reply is them trying to answer to the best of their English ability. I see no reason to panic here. Be patient bro.

So explain this. How can they see it in Canton but the tracking number shows nothing? If it was ever in canton, the package would have been scanned. It’s the whole point of a tracking number

Secondly, if your package says that the label has been created but there is no updates that is not our fault.. a label creation means the package was accepted there for any updates and delays comes back to USPS..

We have no control over the mail system..

Try using a different web host to open up the tracking page, sometimes this does make a difference..

Lastly, it would be super if you take integrate consideration the language barrier because I think you're being a little bit unfair with how you're assessing this based on your verbal transactions..

I see no issues whatsoever with this order. Hell....I wait weeks for tracking updates sometimes. I've even received my package before tracking even shows a status at all. USPS tracking is so unreliable I've learned to just trust that my package is on it's way and guess what....it always is and it always arrives even if tracking says otherwise.

Exactly and this customer is overdramatizing the issue.. there is not any sarcastic or disrespectful tone coming from customer service.. it's a perception issue that belongs to the original poster.
 
I always thought that the shipping label being created simply means you purchased the postage (online or whatever). Once it is ‘accepted’ is when it generally means the USPS has physical custody over the package.’

Creation is when it's entered into the system, given a seal/stamped as being recognized as a valid parcel in the shipping system.. updates thereafter depend on the sort facility and if they updated as needed.. if you brought a package into your local post office and the moment you walked out the door after you paid for with shipping and you check the status, the majority of the time it will say postage has been created..

Thanks for the review, brah. Never tried them, but it seems very common that a lot of SARMs companies online have really bad customer support.

Creating a label means you paid USPS to generate a tracking number and online PDF. That’s what you call doing your job? Please nobody on this board believe that.

And this order was for Domestic gear? Why would there be a language barrier?

The fact, is there were no updates for so long because you are forwarding this junk from China and calling it domestic because it doesn’t show going through customs.

This is HGH. I ordered domestic to reduce the amount that will be destroyed in-transit. So you owe me a refund or actual domestic GH that has’t been kicked up and down the street by Ace Ventura for 2 weeks.

Advertising US Domestic and shipping from overseas is a scam.

People on this board. You don’t have to suck these guys at PSL like it’s the only real gear there is. You can fly to Mexico and back with just as real stuff for the same price.

If you're going to support yourself with using some completely irrelevant instant by advising we are shipping it from a different region and it's getting kicked around, compared to it being stateside and not being kicked around is completely Goofy...the items have to get stateside at one point or another so wouldn't that mean in essence at some point or another they're getting kicked around by Ace Ventura?!? Now you're implementing that we have some sort of scam going on? These are pretty huge accusations you're making based on an assumption.

And you're right people can fly to Mexico and they can spend an arm and a leg on the entire trip alone just to procure some products that they are going to have to smuggle back in their luggage and risk getting caught.. if anyone he needs your advice or suggestion than they are bigger half-wit than you are.. with that said why didn't you fly to Mexico and save yourself the trouble???

In regards to you giving me a suggestion and what I should do, I'm going to turn around and tell you what I'm going to do.. I'm going to sit here on my ass and wait, because it's in the care of the postal service at this point.. but I'm just really curious about your suggestion, is that some kind of threat? Because your last two posts seemed pretty hostile..

But think about how your advertising as “domestic” what I read on the website doesn’t look like what I order would originate from overseas and pick up tracking in Atlanta a week after the label was printed. I don’t think PSL is a scam. My previous orders were acceptable. But there is a gap between how the process is suggested on the website and how it happened this time. I hope I’m surprised by the quality when it gets here and I’ll say so if it’s good.

if you would have read the terms and conditions that you clicked agreed on when you finalized your order you would see that we reserve the right to ship orders up to six days after finances have been collected.. this is where you may notice a gap.. the reason why we have that extended time frame could be due to the fact that our shipper could get the finances within a matter of hours or depending on the geographical location that may take a few days, so we extended the grace period With a reserved right..

Also we also reserve the right to ship "some" products from our international warehouses if in the event it show happens to run out of stock domestically.. but this is far and few in between if you read our reviews from people that have received orders both international and domestic..

Now you're saying you don't think we're a scam but prior you were saying more or less were acting scandalous?

How does this sound.. when you receive your product I challenge you to get blood work, if in the event you decide to get blood work I will compensate you not only for the purchase of your blood work but also for your time and troubles by giving you equal store credit off of a future..

I hope this gives you some reinsurance that I stand behind the quality and authenticity of our product line..
 
Look that’s all fine. The problem I have is that if the the gap was caused because it was sourced from overseas this time, the support person should have simply said so. In fact you should let people know the domestic stock is out and give them the option to cancel before picking up the funds and sourcing international.

The Dom may not have been out, and it may never have shipped from overseas..
If we reserve the right, it's in the agreement, when you click ok when finalizing the order... Please, stop giving us a hard time here, we're doing our jobs..

First of all when did you order?
It was the memorial day weekend. HOLIDAY!!
So please be patient. Also. Your tracking will not update until it hits the states. And the new usps tracking seems to have some issues. i personally do not like it.
So how many days have past. Your saying the order went out on the 25th. Today is the second. Usps is in total control right now. Although i do not see why this is being blown outta proportion. You have a 30 day guarantee. Before a reship. How long has it been 7 days. If the order shipped out on thw 25th and its only the 2nd what are we doing here?????

Everytime you order you have a complaint.
You didnt get an email response fast enough or money wasnt picked up fast enough.
Then you say first two orders were good. Now order #3 here we are again. And

First of all nothing comes from china!!! Ever!!
Second the quality between international and dom are interchangeable. We only just recently began to offer this through dom.
For you to talk so much shit about psl and no nothing about them.. They are not a us based company.
Our products unlike most are actually tested and proven accurately dosed and purity.

Psl will always go above and beyond to help rectify a mistake or problem. But this is just getting crazy!!
Now if you think your gonna buy a plane ticket to fly to mexico and buy some gh and then fly back to wherever you live and its gonna be the same purity and less risk and the cost for your 2 way plane ticket and product are gonna save you time and money... Go for it....

The point you guys keep dodging is the fact that your support just needed to tell me it was crossing the ocean and would start to track after it came through customs. Very simple yet nobody would be straightforward about it. I was going to drop it and stop responding about ten posts ago but we can keep talking about how supply chain logistics works as long as you want. And don’t worry, there won’t be a 4th order.

I don't blame you. The customer is NOT always right. If someone isn't mature enough to be patient then they have no business buying these types of products online. And I have little tolerance for those that claim bad customer service when in fact, there is just a language barrier that needs to be respected.

Like i said. The 25th this was created. Its been 8 days as of today. Totally blown out of proportion.

I don't want to have to be that guy.. but he leaves me little to no choice.. I am not morally obligated to provide him with future services.. he's acting like we are robbing him blind. Unfortunately he just lost the best thing he ever had, PSL.. THIS COMMUNITY KNOWS I WILL JUMP THROUGH THE MOST DIFFICULT SITUATIONS FOR EVERYONE!

I'm just glad that you guys are very patient with us along with being extremely transparent with seeing and identifying the issues that we deal with.. I will do everything in my power to better assist everyone if I can, but at the same time customers need to be equally receptive and understanding. This is a prime example here on how NOT to go about things, the biggest tragedy here is this customer could have continued with a healthy nurturing business relationship with us, but he chose the other road.
