Just wanted some opinions on this.
Say one lifts from 18-28 all natural. Diet and training are on point.
At 28 gear is introduced. If one was to stay on gear until 40 would they keep growing more muscle?? Meaning is there a genetic limit that we all reach??
I always wondered this. I got my arms to just over 20". Chest to 54" and neck to 19 1/4. Those are not my current numbers and never will be again. But I wonder if I could of gained more muscle(not fat).
So in a nutshell will everybody hit a wall at some point where muscular growth is no longer possible. Regardless of AAS use, diet, or training.
