Hey bro's
So i'm looking at starting my first cycle in the beginning of the new year, i've been researching for around 6 weeks and i've come up with this regime below. I'd like to know your guys thoughts and if you have any advice for adding something, removing something or changing the plan. I have research cardarine to be included in the PCT but am not keen on chucking it in there.. I'm still undecided if i should run TEST E or TEST P, I am leaning towards TEST P as it is my understanding that being a shorter ester i will have less side effects such as acne and bloating, i'm prone to acne so if one is going to give me an edge over that i don't care about the pip pain
A bit of history; I've been competing as an professional athlete in an extreme sport for a little over 14 years so i've been training athletically for pretty much my entire life and started lifting weights pretty consistently 6 years ago. I've always needed to stay nimble and quick so i've never really trained to put on massive size and crazy strength but as sports slowly becomes less of my life i've slowly gained some size and am thinking it's time to jack up a little bit. I have done one cycle of Oxandrolone that was prescribed to me after i had surgery to reattach a number tendons that where severed in my wrist (lucky i know), although this was taken during my time of rehabilitation my recovery and strength gains where insane and it's my understanding that finding legit oxandrolone is like finding a needle in a hay-stack otherwise id be opting for a oxandrolone cycle again as i reacted so positively to it.
Anyways here are my stats and cycle

Age: 27
Weight: 83kg
BF%: 11%
Height: 180cm
Lifts: Squat 160kgx10/Deadlift 160kgx10/Bench 80kgx10 (I've never tried for a 1RM)
Training: Mon: Legs/abs Tues: Chest/Tris Wed: Cardio+HIIT Thurs: Back/Biceps Fri: Cardio+HIIT Sat: Shoulders/abs: Sun: Yoga/Rest day
Diet: Good 3500-4000 cal per day, i currently work FIFO and have loads of healthy options all cooked for me. Typical day - Breakfast: 8 eggs/bacon and some sort of carbs - 2 hours post breakfast big serving of natural yoghurt/honey/natural muesli - Morning tea: 500g Tuna with mayonnaise and a large serving of spinach, two handfuls of nuts - Lunch: around 400grams chicken + 6 eggs - Afternoon tea pre workout: lots of fruits, watermelon apples banana etc - Pre workout: Amino complex BCAA's EAA's - Dinner/post workout: Amino complex BCAA's EAA's, 500G steak, loads of sweet potato/potato and loads of veggies. I will be adding a Mass gainer Protein/Carb shake to this post dinner once starting the cycle which will get me to around 4200-4500 cal per day
Cycle
I will be getting my blood done before the cycle and then once a month during cycle up until finishing PCT as i work a 3 weeks on 1 week off roster.
