Donating Plasma

Question: I am a little strapped for cash at the moment and thinking about going back to donating plasma since it pays about $400 a month. That'll cover gas and food. I am running Test e and EQ (stats to follow). I know that boosts RBC, and I have donated red blood to keep that in check.

Do you all think it would be dangerous to me, or put my RBC too high by donating plasma?

Stats:
27YO
245lbs
15%bf
300mg test e
600mg EQ
Running 16weeks per a Dylan video about EQ. Currently on week 11.
(Running cycle support and when finished will run the perfect pct laid out here)

Thanks for the advice and help!

i don't understand what you mean by dangerous?

the only 'dangerous' thing about it is you will be absolutely wrecked after giving, i know when i did it i was wiped out for a couple days. so no working out that day or the next atleast. i no longer donate plasma, i do whole blood which is way less trauma on the body and my blood type is pretty common so plenty of people are helped regardless

OK. I was worried the lower plasma would result in higher levels of RBC. But, that makes sense.

I go on my off days super early in the morning so I have a full 24 hours before working out again.

Thanks for the advice!

well technically yes it will because your red blood cell count becomes more concentrated.

but that is temporary. are they gonna let you even donate if your RBC's and heart health are poor in the first place? i am pretty sure the answer is no

That is very true. The clinic I go to tests blood pressure and hydration along with some other blood work. So, as long as I pass the tests we should be fine! I do a good job staying well hydrated.
