So anabolshop and domestics supply is just a front.I hate to spend money for no reason but I do want to get big and determined to get it as well as everyone is this forum are I presume
 
Fill stick around and listen to u guys or whoevers bullshit tell I get answers and if not fuck it then prohormones arent that bad anyways atleast its something

I have 2k and still cant find a source. Fuk it im taking a pro hormone before bed. Maybe I will wake up w some definition to my guns.
 
Ok well I weigh 168 to 170. My goal is to be 185 to 190. Ive worked out for almost 2 years straight 5 times day about 2 hours a day and on a prohormone cycle its 6 times a day with the same amount of time just higher weights. I use to be 145 and know ive kept myself up to 170. I want to go beyound

i dont understand your work out schedule, can you be a bit more clear? might just be me but it looks like you work out 5 times a day and then on a prohormone cycle you will work out 6 times a day?
 
When im off a prohormone cycle I work out 5 times a week I meant lol my bad about 2 hours a day. And when on cycle I just add an extra day and keep the same amount of time with more weights .

Ummm no im not slow I need to rest my body when im off cycle. Rest is as important if not important to grow muscle but I believe im at my peak with prohormones and cant grow from them no more

You basically work out 10 hours a week and you can't add on 10# naturally?

That's seems strange. What's your diet like.

Do you even know your body's specific caloric needs or how many cals you should to gain proper weight?

Do you get the proper rest and let your body develop?

You don't grow when ur lifting you grow when your sleeping after eating the proper foods

Well im taking demethazine ( my personal favorite) solo right now at a higher dose 6 week run. For next cycle ima try sasquatch dna which is 4 to 5 stack prohormone if I cant find a source for the real deal

I have a high metabolism and eat about 2500 to 3000 calories aday but its not all clean and I have slacked off which has an effect im sure. I dont know my specific calorie needs but I know I still have alot to learn so the teach is on
 
there are probably better choices as far as ph's go.. and as far as the real deal, check the source review section man, domestic-supply. is great for anyone in the U.S and they are an open souce, no referral or anything needed.

Well first. You need to find out your BMR. Basal metabolic Rate

There is a bunch of online BMR calcs.

Like for example my BMR is 2250 cals a day. That's what my bodies minimum calorie needs are. So based on my activity level and wanting to add muscle and weight I times that by 2.5. That's what I eat.

So you need to find out what your BMR is. Because the 2500-3000 cals ur eating could be not enough which is why you arnt growing like you want to.

Because with proper training diet and rest you could get 10# lbm easily.

What does your diet look like
Any cycles?
 
I dont know demethazine has proved effective for me but from what I hear about dbol and test combined thats where my golden ticket is. And dont know about that domestic supply or anabolshop and I dont know u to know if its not a scam. That money I spend that might get jacked I could use on better things if thats the case
 
bottom line man, if you dont eat enough..no matter how many compounds you put in your body you wont grow. like kraz said, get your bmr and go from there.

say you eat 3k cals a day but arent growing, eat twice that or more.
 
Pro's are okay for kids that don't know where to find shit but in the end we just don't know a whole lot about em I mean superdrol (dmz) and epistane aren't bad but u have no idea wat doses are going to do wat

Well I appreciate u guys advice and ima take it but u cant blame me for takin that and doing with a dbol test run. Ive got try it and u cant blame me for not finding it yet
 
Sounds good figure out your caloric needs and get a good clean diet plan together ride that with some
hard work in the gym for a few months and then maybe run a simple test
only cycle.
 
Maybe for some ppl find caloric needs I say just eat and then eat more but not everyone stays lean doin that...genetics

Man to come in here and say 'anabolshop and domestic supply are a front' is pretty full on.

They are the two highest rated public suppliers on this board - you aren't going to find a single member on this forum who will badmouth them - because their customer service is second to none, if anything is broken/damaged in shipping it is immediately replaced, and the gear is good.

It is going to take far more than 50 posts to get in with a private source like BWL/Robo/AY - those guys are selective, and only really deal with you when you have productively contributed (either by providing good info or asking good questions) to this board.

But coming in and badmouthing suppliers who you have never purchased from, and therefore have no experience with and no right to comment on their product/service/business - is a pretty bad way to go about making connections here.
 
I understand but just as they have to be careful so do I. Im not bad mouthing them my point is that I dont want to get gas up and excited to do my thing to just go down hill. I have to gain trust as they do as well

This is the problem...you come in here defensive and with an attitude wanting sources and you don't even know the basics. Yet several guys here still trying to help you out. Give a little respect and get a lot of respect around here. Great group of guys here but give attitude and they'll eat you up. We all here with the same goals...to look good!

It's all about the protein. First make sure your diet has all the protein you need and then fill in the rest. Protein is the building block to muscle. And yeah, you want to eat clean to get clean gains but at the end of the day, eat what ever the hell you need to to get in a calorie surplus but make sure you reach your protein needs.
 
Bro, based on the questions you've asked, your stats, and what your training and experience are, you are nowhere near ready for AAS. You shouldn't even be taking prohormones at this point. You seem very uneducated and inexperienced. You need to do a lot more research and build a better foundation in my opinion

This - 24 years old and sportin a tude - Just go play hard. When I was 24 I could go play hard, train hard all day long and taking AAS was no where in my mind.
