Not trying to threadjack, so I apologize in advance. (I asked about GW in my thread but my recent post hasn't been approved yet)
If I were to run it mainly for improved cardio and better recovery in between sets, as well as for a little tightening up like the OP said (not looking to cut, main goal is the increased endurance), probably just run it for 12-14 with N2Guard? And I know, it would probably shine to a whole different level if stacked with S4, but I'm just asking about a cycle that includes strictly Cardarine.
