i think the #1 issue with trt is that the hdl gets guttered out which in the long run could lead to heart disease and then a heart attack. in terms of legality, yeah id much rather get a script from a doc than get it from somebodys basement lmao. in the end this is your decision. need more background info. but id say if you are in your 40s, go see an endocrinologist. coming off is possible but the longer youve been on the longer it will take to get things to reset.

It is as simple or as complicated as you make it. Go see a legitimate endocrinologist get the proper bloods and go from that point. Sometimes in life peoole don't always want you to do what is best for you but rather best for them.

I think it's a bad idea to crash your hormones to get on trt,try the honest route first,tell the endo and gp that you are dependant on exogenous testosterone or hormones.they should have a duty of care to see you stay healthy.
Yeah she is definitely coming from a place of caring. Just wants what is best for me long term. Can’t blame her for that.
You just have to let the esters do their thing so you can return to your baseline test. Give it 4-6 weeks after last pin and get bloods. That should give you a good idea of where you are and if you need TRT or not.
