Sure we can help with an anavar cycle but first you need to help us by putting up a LONG journal with diet training and cardio and supplements so we can see your situation.
If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Depends on your age and stats height weight body fat etc.
currently 6ft 240lb and bf is prob 25-30% if i had to guess. looking to get to around 15-20%
keep trying to get lean dont stop it
Anavar is a nice steroid but super mild so make sure your expectations are not out of whack. I would do 60mg per day for 6 weeks. Make sure you run 7 caps per day of N2Guard since anavar is liver toxic. Check out Domestic-Supply for legit anavar.
