Had my blood draw this morning. Going to start taking my Test Cyp spreadout into 3 doses per week to keep levels from going up and down too much. Also going to add 150mg EQ alongside the 200 Cyp. Might bump the cyp to 240mg. Will keep the EQ all the way through my cycle that I will be starting beginning of Sept.

Just added 50mg of EQ 3 days/week to my 200mg Weekly TRT of Test Cyp today. Will be going all shots 3 days per week until end of December to keep things more balanced. Already going to be doing NPP for 16 weeks so why not. I have 2 hips, 2 quads, 2 delts, and 2 tris to work with. Tris hurt sometimes but I can deal with it.

You are taking good stuff there in general.

Cortisol spikes can definitely spike glucose, but not sure about a cortisone shot. Nerves from having blood drawn can also spike it. I’ve seen people test 85 in the car outside a clinic and 110 on the blood test once they ramped themselves into a state. The same processes that spike blood pressure can spike blood sugar. It’s the same adaptive reaction to fight or flight that becomes maladaptive in the modern world. Still, that is high, and high blood glucose can have some pretty negative effects on the ability to lose fat and gain muscle.

If you think it is high out of range of reality for you, both A1C and fasted insulin can give you a better view of your metabolic state.

My Cortisol level is .8 which is extremely low.

No. She didn’t want to go through with the dieting. She did powerlifting 5 years ago and placed 5th in the over 40’s division when she was 48. She saw those photos yesterday and said she wants to be that person again now.

Definitely not looking like that but she still has a solid foundation to build on. She is ready to dedicate herself to get back to where she was. GH will definitely help but the diet is going to be crucial. Need to keep cortisol levels down.

Had a couple cheat meals this weekend as I was helping daughter move stuff and stayed with her. Had some Tacos, beans, rice, and pizza. Still under large calorie deficit each day. Havent had one day above deficit in months.

Still training with light weights to give body a break. Shoulder feels good from the cortisone. 2.5 hours sleep feel tired as fuck.

I'm still trying to decide if to go 5 or 7 days per week on the gh. She will be taking 1 IU per day and I will be taking 2 IU per day. Is there any benefit or negative to going 5 days on 2 off other than saving money?
It’s just to save money. We have an entire industry devoted to not saving money and at the same time not creating unwanted negative side effects. It is called the medicine. Prescription hGH is 7 days per week.
 
A lot of people really like CJC with ipamorelin. The issue is that if you are going to be taking hGH, your body isn’t going to be wanting to put out more endogenous hGH, so lots of those are going to be kind of useless. Dylan has some experience with stimulating endogenous using MK while on hGH, so def check with him. I haven’t read much about it. Frag is just the end of hGH, so not sure they would be synergistic. IGF-1 is hGH after it is worked over by the liver, so likewise. I don’t know MGH.

Just looking if any of them are worth adding to a cycle of hgh, NPP, test,EQ and Tbol. The tbol will only be used the first 6 weeks of the 16 week cycle.

From my experience 1 IU of hgh better than all the peptides.

example BPC157 and TB500 are 100% the best option for injury recovery, along with ostarine mk2866

but for growth I prefer hgh
Just bough those three for my wife. Will be delaying her cycle for a couple weeks to try and heal some pain in the shoulder.

Ok so I am seeing conflicting results on how to administer the bpc157 and TB500. I ordered the nasal spray bottle to use with the BPC157 and the regular vial of TB500. For shoulder pain should it be spot injected or do I just do the nasal spray for BPC157 and into the belly fat for the TB500? Please advise.

My wife and I are doing it 3-4 days per week. She has a rotating work schedule 2 on 2 off and then 4 off days in a row every other weekend so we lift on her off days. We do omad on the days she works so its easy as she doesn't have to worry about bringing anything to eat. On OMAD days I eat about 1000 cals. On lifting days about 1500-1800. It seems to be working. I am losing a steady 1/2 lb per day for the last 6 weeks and closer to 3/4 lb per day since you suggested only doing omad 3-4 days per week last week.

Treadmill 65 Minutes worked up to incline 15 speed 2.4. Went 35 minutes at the max 15 incline. HR 130-140.

24 hours of fasting before todays meal.

Meal of the Day) 10oz Ribeye, slice of keto bread with butter, Fairlife protein drink, 1/2 Bell Pepper, 1/2 Cucumber, 10,000mg Omega3, vits/minerals/herbs, aspirin, zinc, b6, multivit.

Getting so close to the 269 lb mark. I think I got it by Wed next week. After that the next goal is 240 by years end.

That study was 5 days of fasting. I am not going more than 24 hours at a time. I will be taking 2 days off per week so I should be good then.

While the study shown uses the 5 day span. Overall, fasting past 16 hours give a large boost to natural growth hormone production, take note.

Ok so I have decided to wait until mid to late November to start using hgh as advised by the pros on here. With that being said my small cycle starts tomorrow. The original plan was to go 16 weeks with gh but that will be cut to 10 weeks without gh.

Im taking your advice and will start HGH most likely when the holiday season starts. I figure that would be a good time to get off the keto and eat good clean carbs like sweet potatoes and lentils.

Way more than that. Honestly, most developing nations are perfectly happy taking our expired medicines for use. There is only an expiration date because by law it is necessary, and it really doesn’t mean anything. The decay rate of those molecules is super slow. In a lot of ways, this is an example of how shitty government really is. They force expiration dates on drugs telling people they are keeping them safe, when in reality they are making them throw away their good drugs and spend more money on things they don’t need. /end political rant

The EQ I am using is 20 years past exp and seems to be working great. No settling or anything. Looks the same now as it did 25 years ago.
