Only got 2 hours sleep. Feel like shit. Lower middle area of the quad cramping badly today after workout. Couldn't straighten it out without massive cramping and pain. Wife was freaked out seeing it as she rolled it for me. Have kept up with fluids and my usual 5000mg of potassium and sodium each day in my water bottles as well as magnesium so its a mistery to me.
