Looked at my workout log from a few weeks ago. Back is just about the same strength as 3 weeks ago but I am 10 lbs lighter. I will take that any day of the week. Havent done a heavy back day in 3 weeks trying to heal the shoulder. Should start to see some big strength gains going forward as I am going back to heavier training and have finally started a real cycle. Its been 25 years since ive done a cycle other than the small 200mg TRT.

Probably going to stop doing any low reps chest work. Shoulder started to grind during the workout. Will probably go 10 rep sets or even 15 rep sets on close grip or hammer strength. Most likely going to stay away from close grip for the next workout and see if I can get this healed. I think its just swollen and no room for tedons to roll over each other. No pain at all. So just iced and am started taking bpc157 350mcg twice a day yesterday in my hips but will be changing that to my delts from now on. Also just started taking bone broth today as well. Will be taking it everyday from now on.

I can also definitely feel some water retention coming on fast. Should I add some Nolvadex at 10mg EOD or should I just wait a day or two to see if my weight goes up too much. Its possible its just inflamation from the brutal workouts today and yesterday. I am only taking 2 dandelion pills per day when it calls for 3 so I guess just up the dose of that and see if water retention goes away? How about NAC? is there a maximum dose that would be considered unsafe?

Don’t do 250 ab crunches. Only the last few build any muscle. Do ten and do them on a weighted machine like you would for any other muscle. It isn’t 1985 anymore.
 
Ideally HGH is taken in the am if you wanna boost hunger or at night to avoid that and get sleep enhanced

I average about 20-30 min of deep sleep each night and about 45 REM each night. Seems as though it gets worse each year. So on my lifting days I will take GH about 15 minutes before I eat which is about 1 hour after workout at 2 P.M. I figure GH levels will be at lowest after my meal so it should be a good boost. ON the OMAD days the natural GH release should be a good time to take those 2 days off in order to save money. 1-2 of my 3-4 OMAD days I will take the GH right before my OMAD meal at 8 P.M.

One issue, occasionally discussed, is sleep apnea. I'm also older than most members so there's that (we sleep less and want more lol). The apnea is cos we're bigger and or more muscular than we're meant to be. It might help if you wrap yourself around a pillow or bolster so as to align the body better.

I have been using a machine for 8 years now. I train at 11 A.M. every day and never bring the phone to bed. I also sleep on my back which is the best way to sleep. I get sleep just not the right kind.

@RoidRage69 yea you can do that, I still think you can wait until you drop weight for a month or so but if this is the path you want to go, I'll support it.

You should use herbals and dont take nolvadex for water it does nothing.

if you worried about water retention, hgh will make you retain 10lbs easy so dont use it yet.

Tamoxifen wont help with water bro get dandelion and take more vitamin C.
 
why are you so pushy to use hgh? no need for it, just wait a few months until you're closer to 250lbs. HGH will just make you bloated.

It’s depressing. I ramped up over a few weeks from 2 to 2.5 to 3.33, just because it is my first time, and every time I bump it up my weight bumps up. I shouldn’t care, but I am a bit of a little bitch about such things.

Not worried about water retention anymore. I keep forgetting that I always hold water after intense back workouts so that was just me being paranoid. I should be fine. I have lots of herbal stuff like dandelion to take as well as NAC, artichoke and milk thistle. Will also get better about my diet. I think the sugar alcohols are going to have to be used in moderation. Had a bunch of it the last week. Taking GH and nothing is going to stop me. Too many benefits for my age.

@RoidRage69 a big man like you can gain 5lbs of water easy and drop it, so don't worry about the water retention issue.

if you start messing with anti inflammatories due to over training it sets a bad precedent. back off the workouts
 
If you got it from a good source it’s probably fine. I haven’t timed mine. On the other hand, could be powdered hiv.

I am going to do it. Probaby do a larger inject when I do just to make sure. Maybe do a 4iu inject 1 hour before testing.
 
I hear you. I’m the same way. I’ve sent things off for testing before when I couldn’t quiet the voice in my head. That stress is hell on an entire cycle.
 
yes but its pricey to get tested just for hgh like that... unless you have really good insurance and such. it costs pretty much the same cost of a kit in some cases

what source/brand you using? i wouldn't hesitate to trust our hgh brands on here
I already booked the test. Only cost $57. Using G Tropin from PSL. Just want to make sure thats all. I just found it odd that the powder instantly disolved. I am sure I am just being paranoid but need to get a test done to make sure.

@RoidRage69 i think bodyweight going to high isn't a good thing, at your size you need to watch the weight for sure

I don’t see how I could gain weight in a 2000-3000 daily cal deficit. I am just not expecting to lose 1/2 lb a day like I did the first 6 weeks.
Water weight fuckery. Both the HGH and a long term, harsh deficit can make your body hold on to water, even if it is losing fat tissue. It’s just a stress response, and it doesn’t particularly matter, but it can be annoying as fuck.

Not sure if I mentioned it but everyday I supplement 3000mg of Sodium and 2000mg Potassium in my water bottles.

Meal 1) 2x Sausage, egg, and cheese with keto bread, 1.5 cups Catalina Crunch Cereal, Fairlife Protein Drink, handful of raspberries, 7,000mg Omega3, vits, herbs, pre/probiotics, digestives, magnesium

Meal 2) 1/2 Chicken Breast stuffed with cheese, brocoli, and small amount of rice, fresh green beans, Fairlife Protein Drink, small amount of guac and keto chips, 7,000mg Omega3, pre/probiotics, digestives, asprin, zinc, b6, vit c, magnesium

Meal 3) 1.5 cups Catalina Crunch Cereal, Fairlife Protein Drink, 7,000mg Omega3, digestives, magnesium

Goal is to keep all sets as close to 15 reps as possible for the next month or so. Gotta heal up and keep body from getting injured.

I don't even care where my bodyweight goes over this cycle as I am still in a steady 3000 cal deficit on non lifting OMAD days and 2000 deficit on lifting days. I am averaging 4416/day cal burn this week which is the second highest ive ever had next to the week where I burned 8000 cals in one day climbing a hard rated mountain.

Short term water weight gains I can see as I just started my cycle last week. Longer term it should be fine as the fat peels off. Proviron and Masteron should help as well as the dandelion.

Took a 20 minute icebath on my lower body to help ankles, knees, and hips recover from the never ending cardio. Is it a good or bad idea to take Meloxicam? I have a couple years supply of it just sitting around. I used to take it everyday for a few years. Never noticed any sides from it. Its just a strong anti-inflamitory.

What kinds of machines have these crazy weights like 173?
 
Now that I think about it they are called Roc-it
I love those machines. They are insanely comfortable to use. I search them out whenever I am traveling. Only downside about them for me, since my gym is at home, is that they are enormous. They don’t look like it in a commercial gym, but they are like 2x the size of the old school life fitness, cybex or nautilus machines.

They are easy on the joints yet very effective at activating muscle contraction. The gym I workout at has a huge amount of them. The dip rock-it machine is my favorite as well as the seated leg curl and leg extension.
