Getting estrogen rebound post cycle?

Is it possible to get estrogen rebound long after a cycle?
I was using 250mgs a week of test for about a year straight and using arimidex with it 1mg per week
Didn’t have any issues but then when i came off about 6 weeks later started getting some itchy nipples and developed a tiny lump under my right nipple. Is it possible its a gyno issue from rebound? How do i solve this riddle?
My bloods showed estrogen top of range but not high

yes it is possible .. i recommend using aromasin since it is a suicide AI

yes and thats why people should not use arimidex in pct for example.. it does not help prevent estrogen rebound... thats just one example but yes, when using arimidex, especially if prone to estrogen, this is a greater possibility and why i tend to not prefer it...

aromasin 5mgs ed and 40mgs nolvadex per day with 7caps n2guard

I would have stayed on ai like nolva longer during pct. def start nolva now
