Looking for info on what you guys think my target calories, carbs, protein and fat intake should be daily.
I use to benefit from lots of eggs and tuna and ground beef for my protein sources, oatmeal, grits ND potatoes for my carbs and never counted fat intake much. I was eating roughly 4500 to 5000 Calories. Day, but it's been a long time since I've kept up with that sort of thing, and I'm looking for a fresh start.
I am 218lbs at 5'9".
Not carrying too much bodyfat. 20lbs or so. Looking to gain some weight with a test p and dbol cycle. Will be running at about 500mg/wk for first 3 weeks, 700mg/wk weeks 3-12. 50mg dbol weeks 1-6.
I've cycled before, and used to use heavy cycles, but for the cycle I am using, just curious what you guys think I should be bringing in for my nutritional totals.
For example,
I usually will get up and cook 10-12 whole eggs, with either 2 packets or oatmeal or grits. 16oz whole milk
Snack protein shake with whole milk
Lunch 10 hard boiled eggs with salt or mustard one large potato, soda pop
Pre workout 2-4 cans of tuna with 2 packs of grits
Post workout ground beef, not sure of weight but maybe 1lb or more, potatoes or brown rice with seasoning
Snack protein shake with whole milk
Dinner 1lb of ground beef, stroganoff mix, avocado, 16oz milk
Snack 2 packs Raman noodles and hefty glass of milk, or this time of year egg nog.
This isn't exact as I haven't been tracking my diet. Could be more or less some days but I am looking to improve my diet and plan on building diet plan around and calorie, carbohydrate and protein needs.
I also eat a lot of potatoe soup with carrots and broccoli or chili.
