Yes Bro good idea I can do my bathroom sink push-ups 50 a couple times a day. Easy weighted front squats are quick . And all the little stuff you can do standing with dumbbells even it’s light weight it’s better than nothing Feels good just to keep the blood moving .
I have this stuff at home And there’s a bench outside but we don’t have any place to put it
