Ok Bros Well I got my arms pumped hopefully it will last for 5 hours.feels deflated already. I don’t have any food and haven’t eaten today . So this is how my life is in constant disarray All the time.

And I pinned today and took my Tbol and anavar and pre And I’m really really bitchy now and it’s gonna be bridge traffic and no parking. So someone will have to die today.

But I did the workout it better last thru the evening

But now finally back to a normal schedule.

cali is one of the few places in america you can drive a convertible with no shirt.
Well Sir it’s very cold this week .. late winter. but the seats are heated lol. The prob is when I get tank top lines from the sun I can never get rid of them. So, we suffer for beauty. SF is also notoriously cold in the evenings year round. But you don’t want to carry a jacket out when you’re hopping around at night, so you learn to brace against the fog and wind without one.
The fog just sits up there then late in the day comes over the hill and consumes us. It’s about 55 degrees wet and windy.
It’s terrible after a night of drinking when you’ve lost your hoodie and one shoe and they put you out at last call lol. ( hey that was a long time ago🤣) It will also ruin every beach day you ever plan. Do you know what 55 degrees and windy looks like at a nude beach. Think about it. 🙀

Good morning amazing BroBros

Today is whatver day it is of 90.

Yesterday was a great day so much fun. It took a while to get warmed up I have a terrible name face memory. There were three previous go rounds that took me a few minutes of whatever to realize id been there before. For some reason I only remember the real estate. “ oh wait you’re Oakland hills baseball player” or “ Noe Valley, educator” or “Cow Hollow, white comforter too many pillows” Small town living has its drawbacks.

So the next few weeks are a challenge
I start training for a new position at work and they want me trained on every shift. I’ve worked nights the majority of my life. Morning is a rough time. This will impact my gym time and trainer still gone for two weeks

I’ve got 5a-3p and 8a-6p and 1p-11p
We have ten hour shifts and 3 days off.
I have to do meal prep. The day shifts put me in traffic and logistics dictate gym after work isn’t happening. I’m going to be a hot mess working mornings.
But I’ll find a way to make at least 3 gym per week regardless. Including while DanDan is gone.
I’ve been casual and unfocused for two years lifting and somehow Evo Bros have got me motivated a committed. Actually excited about training. I’ve NEVER liked going to the gym and lifting heavy things. But I see the direct impact it has daily life and I don’t want to let you all down by not doing my best.

I’m going to planet again today. That’s 3 times in a row by myself! Amazing. That’s all you sexy Bros. 🙏🙏thank youuuuu😘

Sirs I had one of my pre prepped meals for breakfast. Not bad and quick to heat up and eat and get out of the house. On time. Now I’m thinking of ways to improve my next batch.

If you live in a colder place where you can’t grill outdoors all year or you live where patio charcoal or propane grills are not allowed or if you just want something hassle free I have to say I love my indoor outdoor foreman grill. I can use it on the countertop or in the stand outside. It’s super easy to keep clean and zero hassle with tanks and charcoal. Grilling ( carefully watch the temp) chicken breast seem the best way to keep them from being dry. Thighs are super easy. Burgers steaks all quick and easy clean up. Very little cleanup. I got my fir 59 bucks at Big slots but they generally are 100 cooking indoors jyst set in top of the stove and turn vent fan in.

Normal to have bad days in and out of the gym
 
Foreman grills are great for those in apartments for sure
 
whenever I have a bad day I know that the next day will be better
I just get fussy when I’m late. And the adhd keeps me going in circles and I never get out of the house in time. But, then I forget and I’m fine lol. 😝

I’m going to gym alone again today it’s a record for me. I never do this!!!!

Yes I have had the meat in Texas. They are experts. And one day no doubt I’ll be in Texas again as have oddly been in Texas so much over a lifetime. I don’t love Texas. But I’ve sure spent a lot of time there. It’s a good place to eat and party that’s for sure. 👍

There’s very little real good bbq in CA It’s just not the same here. I like sweeter and spicier bbq too Like Carolina and KC etc
But I’ll eat anything that tastes good.

grilling is awesome, its one of my favorite things to do during the summer
It’s nice to keep the mess and smells outside too. Less clean up too. And pretty much everything tastes better grilled. 😋 😋

BroBros 😘😘 The diet is a huge struggle. Huge struggle. hUGE Like. It’s unlikely I will tighten it more than I have. I have to eat and I have to enjoy what it eat. It takes me 12 hours to drink a whey patient shake.cuz I can’t stand it.

And I refuse to use substitute products. Mayo, butter. Bread. Etc. I can cut down the quantity but I will not give them up or trade them. I will not. . It’s not negotiable.

What I do need is more protein and more cardio though.🤷😘 that’ll have to be the answer.
 
dedicate some time a couple times a week to do some food prepping it only takes one or two hours

Stay away from sucralose. That’s a horrible artificial sweetener. In fact stay away from all artificials and additives
Oh no Bros I didn’t even read the ingredients I just saw protein on sale. I should have known better. I wanted about 18 bucks on 6 of thise I could have bought two New York steaks instead. I’m a dumbass .

I have two meds which I took and now they are back again.
 
Well Bro Kings gym was a bust. Apparently there’s a school down the street and I guess gyms double as high school day care niw. Teens running all over and being noisy. There was literally someone sitting on every equipment except treadmills I’d rather walk outside.

Well trainers 800 bucks is safe anyway

I tested a new meal prep usung some ground beef and spaghetti sauce it (12oz) measures 85 grams of Brotein plus black beans and veg about 90 grams total
And some on sourdough toast for dinner. And a yogurt with fresh fruit.

Yes Bro good idea I can do my bathroom sink push-ups 50 a couple times a day. Easy weighted front squats are quick . And all the little stuff you can do standing with dumbbells even it’s light weight it’s better than nothing Feels good just to keep the blood moving .

I have this stuff at home And there’s a bench outside but we don’t have any place to put it

If these hiccups ever stop so I can breathe I’ll do some before bed tonight. 💪💪 It always feels better to get a little pump to make sure everything is still there.

I should have at least got my tan session and massage chair but I was already too irritated with kids running around.

Also doing stuff standing up helps core apparently.

Tomorrow’s the new job at the ungodly 8am Havent worked a morning shift in a decade. I gotta get all my stuff ready tonight. For a

i would change one thing, you can change your steroids, trenbolone might be causing the issue you having
so staying with test+masteron might be better option

and home training 100 push ups 100 squats 100 crunches and you got a pump

300 wk ( 150/150 Sunday/wednesday)

Mast 400wk (2/2 s/w)
Tren 300 (same)
used to deal with this when i worked out at the Y years ago. that didn't last long and i switched
Yep Sir I’ll figure out the quiet times. I enjoy it when it’s quiet and I relax and find my groove. Then I can focus and do a pretty decent solo workout. I still don’t go heavy Beciase the last hung inwant is to pull a tendon or joint issue.. so I’m cautious. But lighter weight and high reps still gives me a nice pump even if there’s no real growth

I’m going to cut the tren right now for the rest of my 5 weeks since I added anavar The var plus mast and test and Tbol is plenty then take all of June with just test and (Tbol only on work out days)

Then July start with whatever new cycle Bros might suggest.

Goals being finish getting tighter next couple months Then figure out how make arms and chest grow thru summer while staying tight thts gonna be hard .

Hows that sound for plan. 🤷

Things may be slow but I am making progress and I do want to give up a lot but I won’t that doom is just my bipolar taking.

I think chest👇 is always going to be my best selling point even if arms are lacking . Legs have great potential but don’t photograph well even though I got plenty of definition there. 🤷

One goal I have here is that if beginners show up I hope I can offer them the same positive reinforcement that I’ve received since I’ve been here. I’m especially amazed be people
Who have come from a big weight loss challenge. It’s the hardest thing ever to be overweight and have to go through what seems like an impossible task. Then to see the amazing people and bodies that are underneath that fat. Imagine how happy someone must feel to get there .

I would drop the trenbolone completely and stay on testosterone masteron, 300mgs each, you dont need 400mgs of masteron IMO

Brother it definitely does count remember orals are alot more harsh om your lipid profile and can be taxing on the lover and kidneys, just want to check in on you and make sure your atleast protecting yourself with n2guard or a quality liver and organ supplement.

Brother it definitely does count remember orals are alot more harsh om your lipid profile and can be taxing on the lover and kidneys, just want to check in on you and make sure your atleast protecting yourself with n2guard or a quality liver and organ supplement.

Sir, it’s not like full on everything comes up ( that would be better) it’s like by the end of the day I’ve eaten more than my body will digest so it’s sits on top and like burps back up little by little while I’m trying to get to sleep. Then the hiccups also come and go so I take this hiccup and nausea meds doc gave me. Whatever somethings not working right so I’ll need to go see a gastro guy abd they can test Just a matter of making time and my time management is non existent.

Right now I’m having my coffee getting ready ready for work and it’s wanting to start again

Plus my Botox moved and my right eye lid is dropping and I cat see lol. And most my script ray bans in the park so.. driving with one blinded in the sun. Just order scaffolding and call the contractors. 🤷

how about adding some probiotics and digestive enzymes? just 2-3 capsules not much that would help a lot

Yes BroBro we have lots of probiotics in the house. Good ones. It’s a matter of me being consistent And I’m not good about that with any of my meds and supps I bought a fancy pill organizer. It’s a mess, incomplete and half empty .

Yes I’m very aware of the choices and not over doing it but just need to get through the job stress I can’t even keep my eyes open.

Not only that my Daxxify ( Botox type treatment) moved and affected one eye droop to where I can’t see. So it’s a mess lol 😂 sleepy one eyed zombie and next week it 5 am all week☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
It’s ok I’ll bounce right back as soon as Mr Dan trainer gets back from NYC 🥰🥰🥰
 
Well Bro Kings gym was a bust. Apparently there’s a school down the street and I guess gyms double as high school day care niw. Teens running all over and being noisy. There was literally someone sitting on every equipment except treadmills I’d rather walk outside.

Well trainers 800 bucks is safe anyway

I tested a new meal prep usung some ground beef and spaghetti sauce it (12oz) measures 85 grams of Brotein plus black beans and veg about 90 grams total
And some on sourdough toast for dinner. And a yogurt with fresh fruit.

This is a rough two weeks with crazy scheds work training New job Brintrsiner out of town. No time for fasting walks and stress for no sleep and junk food sneaking back into my diet.

But I’m aware of each thing and will do as little damage as possible and hit extra hard when I’m back in track.

This really messes up my 90 day goals but that 90 day goal is arbitrary anyway.

I gotta just be hot and pretty for palms springs in June 🥰

Bros just disregard that whole orange thing.
I eat them a lot so I looked up the value and wanted to post it but the website with info was impossible to cut and paste from with all the ads so the entire post is a garbage dump and now I’m super irritated. And it too late to edit or delayed it.

Anyway the main thing I wanted to post was about how they help muscle growth. I think it’s the potassium anyway forget it.
