• Nordic fusion anavar 20mg Ed pre workout.
• Nordic fusion flame fat burner in morning with coffee.
• MULTIVITAMINE OMEGA 3 FISH OILS GLUTAMINE CREATINE MONOHYDRATE

Blood Work:

• Recent Blood Work: on this current regime no. But I did do one back in February when I tried my first cycle of prop 350 and masteron 350 a week divided by EOD shots. (numbers came back crazy due to me taking prop, and being a quick aromtizer and naturally having/functioning high e2 person.
• I started trt may 2023 from a doctor. 200mg a week enthanate delatestryl. 100mg twice a week. (attached are bloods works from running the above before switching to prop mast)


• As mentioned currently on 200 cyp, 200 primo and 20mg anavar. Will go for labs in 4 weeks.

Cycle Plan:

• Cycle Goals: get leaner initially to see abs, lose stubborn fat. Having a hard time. 8 weeks in, not seeing the progress I expect or want.

• Compounds Planned for Use: cyp, primo, anavar

• Dosage and Frequency: 50mg cyp/primo EOD, 20mg anavar Ed.

• Cycle Length: 12 weeks. Last 5 weeks anavar

• Post Cycle Therapy (if applicable): back to test only at 200mg cyp, or prop will see how I feel on cyp

you're real low on omega 3 fats and margarine has to go switch to something natural
can you please share actual meals you eating? as you eat so we can understand diet

training,
good general idea but how about sharing some training exercises reps and sets and weight so we know how strong you are
how about cardio?
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

you have the orals and injectable not bad
but how about organ liver support ? what are you using
and 20mgs anavar fairly low lets up that a bit and kick the cycle

blood work
if you can redo blood work now and dont inject for 10 days
if not, i suggest adding aromasin asap higher dose with tamoxifen to control the e2 levels

saw a pic of you , you look great, very strong and powerful muscle base, you're thick
and dropping fat should be easy 1 step at a time

Looks good brother. Wanted to ask, was looking at the Nordic primo and saw that it comes in the 200mg/option. Was wondering how the shots were, any pip etc? Seems like for that price, it's a damn good deal. Cheers

Everyone thoughts on increasing my anavar to 40mg a day? Or stick to 20mg?

I have a vacation June 2nd and would be great if I could get as lean as possible. Not sure if adding 20mg will help much?
I think 40mgs /day of anavar is better for you , and you'll see a huge difference with +240 mgs of anavar/week

how about ai/serms did you add more to the cycle yet?

40mgs a day var is more idea
even 30mgs is better then 20
First time doing var. Only doing for four weeks before a vacation in June, so I don't want to over do it with the organs. I will have a few drinks on the beach so I will stop a week before. Do you think bumping to 30 or 40 would be fine?

I'm taking tudca, nac, milk thistle

Anavar is predominantly processed by the kidneys, so you likely won't be needing the tudca and the milk thistle.. The nac is a good call.
 
I dunno, I'd say either go all in with the 40 instead, 20 likely isn't going to do much.. Everyone is different, just got back from punta Cana, was great man, where you going?
How about anything else with the nac? Okay ill try 40 see how it goes... Just being cautious of organs... And I'll be drinking in Punta cana.

Without blood work it's hard to say, keep on top of your blood pressure. Anavar can crash your ldl so you can always add in citrus bergamot if you have the cash. Enjoy the trip man, !

Like bagel can easily be oatmeal, and margarine should be butter raw milk IMO.
 
Nope. Tighten up on the diet and cardio
My coach/client who's been guiding me reduced it to 2218. He wants me to be losing slowly to maintain as much muscle long term so I'm happy. Any recommendations what to do in the next 3 weeks. Without sacrificing from his plan. I'm increasing cardio to 30 mins each day. He doenst want too much cardio or strenuous either for muscle wasting.

• Age: 41

• Height: 5'10"

• Weight: 211 lbs fasted

• Body Fat % (estimated): 14-17

• Training Experience (in years): 20 years naturally on and off. Played pro hockey

Training:

• 5 to 6 workouts a week. I do high volume, mod to. Heavy weight. Bodybuilder type movements with mind to muscle isolations.
• 2 to 4 hours a week hockey.
• A few cardio sessions LISS

Diet:

• Daily Caloric Intake: currently on week 8 of a cut diet a client designs for me. Started at 2800, dropped incrementally by the weeks, now at 2300 calories leading into a vacation 3.5 weeks from now. Trying to lose a bit more fat.

Meal Plan:

MEAL PLAN ***UPON WAKING BEFORE 1: 10 OZ WATER ½ LEMON SQUEEZED 1 TBSP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (10G GLUTAMINE OPTIONAL)

MEAL 1 1 LARGE Eggs, 1 CUP EEG WHITES 1 DEMPSTERS BAGEL, 1 TBSP BECEL LIGHT MARGARINE, 150G BERRIES

MEAL 2 1 SCOOP PROTEIN 1 ½ CUPS UNSWEETED ALMOND MILK
POST WORKOUT 1 SCOOP WHEY PROTEIN 1 CUP UNSWEEETENED ALMOND MILK 1 BANANA

MEAL 4 168G CHICKEN BREAST OR GROUND TURKEY (RAW WEIGHT) 75G RICE (RAW WEIGHT) 1 CUP MIXED VEGGIES (RAW WEIGHT)


MEAL 5 200G LEAN GROUND BEEF (COSTCO COME IN PACK OF 3) 224G SWEET POTATO (RAW WEIGHT) 1 CUP VEGGIES (RAW WEIGHT)

Supplements:


• Nordic fusion 200mg cyp a week EOD 50mg (switching from prop last week. To see if there's a change. I wasn't feeling as good as enthanate from my trt doctor last year)
• Nordic fusion 200 primo Enth per week EOD
• Nordic fusion anavar 20mg Ed pre workout.
• Nordic fusion flame fat burner in morning with coffee.
• MULTIVITAMINE OMEGA 3 FISH OILS GLUTAMINE CREATINE MONOHYDRATE

Blood Work:

• Recent Blood Work: on this current regime no. But I did do one back in February when I tried my first cycle of prop 350 and masteron 350 a week divided by EOD shots. (numbers came back crazy due to me taking prop, and being a quick aromtizer and naturally having/functioning high e2 person.
• I started trt may 2023 from a doctor. 200mg a week enthanate delatestryl. 100mg twice a week. (attached are bloods works from running the above before switching to prop mast)


• As mentioned currently on 200 cyp, 200 primo and 20mg anavar. Will go for labs in 4 weeks.

Cycle Plan:

• Cycle Goals: get leaner initially to see abs, lose stubborn fat. Having a hard time. 8 weeks in, not seeing the progress I expect or want.

• Compounds Planned for Use: cyp, primo, anavar

• Dosage and Frequency: 50mg cyp/primo EOD, 20mg anavar Ed.

• Cycle Length: 12 weeks. Last 5 weeks anavar

• Post Cycle Therapy (if applicable): back to test only at 200mg cyp, or prop will see how I feel on cyp
Love primo I perfer to run it at 800mg a week for 16 weeks with test at 750mg nice lean muscle growth the scale might not show much but you’re body will.

Trying to do it healthier and not push the dosages too high maybe in the future when I'm leaner ill push the boundaries based on my panels
 
Thinking about adding 200mg a week of masteron as well to tighten up for vacation in 3 weeks on top of my current stack of 200 test 200 primo 40 anavar

Upped my cardio to 30 mins at 3 speed, 4 incline post workout 5x a week.

Have a vacation in almost 3 weeks, and still looking quite unseparated. Should I lower my calories from 2200 to 1800 just for 3 weeks?
@Enhancedguy I like that up the cardio even more, 3 weeks out from vacation I would cut your calories to 2000 not 1800, get that start off

How about reducing carbs in meal 5 and 6?

Instead of 75g uncooked basmati I'll do 40g for meal 5.

Instead of 224g uncooked sweet potatoe I'll do 150g for meal 6

@Enhancedguy that would work, cutting carbs is the best for you to lean out
though i would keep the omega 3 high when you cut carbs
 
Sodium is only 180mg per teaspoon.

If you keep your sodium consistent shouldn't be an issue as per my coach.

Just seeing this.... Do you try to refrain from sodium on your meals? I always put soya and salt on my 2 last meals. Nothing crazy just sprinkle it. I thought sodium was good if kept consistent.

Thoughts? I have no problem cutting it if it's more beneficial for health and getting lean.

@Enhancedguy for my clients I try to get literally 0 sodium per meal but with some baking soda in the morning.
If you cutting, go low sodium and you can always add.
 
Full labs from being on 200 mg prop a week with hcg.

Jsut added 300 mgs of mast and 40 mg of var and switched to cyp. Going to try ED shots of both to help with e2. As well going to order some Aromasin.

Figured I'd update this log it's been so long.

So I totally Changed my approach. To a non bodybuilding style diet. Just a sustainable diet eating whatver I want and tracking my calories. Eating twice a day with 2 small Snacks.

I've dropped 25 lbs without cardio.
Still on 200mg test.

Just started masteron yesterday and anavar. Trying to get a little more leaner for summer.
