I have been bodybuilding on an off since I was 14yrs old. Sadly I never stuck with it the entire time. I have been consistently bodybuilding for about a 1yr now. I lost about 60lbs within 6 months before that. Once I got down to a good body weight about 165lbs I started bodybuilding again. My recent routine consists of
Day 1-Chest, back, shoulders
Day 2-triceps, biceps, legs, abs, forearms
Day 3 rest
Day 4 rest
Day 5 repeat
I know it's an odd routine, but I can get every muscle done in 2 days.
I was all natural until 2 months ago. I started taking 1 testosterone I did that for 1 month then I switched to superdrol for 1 more month along with an estrogen blocker. I only took a half a dose of superdrol. It says up to 2 pills a day I only took 1. Prohormones are expensive. During my Prohormone cycle I got blood work done, and I didn't take the Prohormone pill that day. I was surprised when I got my results back. I have attached my test lvl for that blood work. It was really low. Now it's March and I'm on an off cycle i am taking armiplex (pct). My plan was 2 months on prohormones, and since it was my first cycle and it was a half dose 1 month off. But since my testosterone lvls were so low I wanted to make the switch to Injectable steroids. I hear the results are better for building muscle anyway with less harm to the liver. I bought sustanon 250 and am planning on 1cc or 1ml every week for 12 weeks. That should be a dose of 250mg of testosterone/ week considering the potency is 250mg/ml. I hear this stiff stays in your system for a long time though so any suggestions on my off cycle for sustanon 250. I was thinking 2 months.

About 175g of protein/day
Arimiplex (pct)
Multivitamin
36mg of Zinc (25mg pill + Zinc from multivitamin)
Atorvastatin 20mg for high cholesterol
Fish oil pill ( 600mg total omega 3 is 360mg)

Any suggestions on any other supplements I should take, and possibly a better anabolic injectable steroid. As well as a better dose/cycle

I have been bulking so now im higher than 20% body fat, this is without a pump or flexing, but I definetly need to get my testosterone up. It's been hard to build muscle. I drink 3, 50g protein shakes a day, as well as eat lean chicken, beef, eggs and yogurt to get the other 25-50g of protein I need in a day. In another few weeks I'll start cardio again, but I was trying to build as much muscle as possible before I try to get lean again. Today I will be doing chest,back, and shoulders at the gym. I will post the exact routine later on incase I change it up.

I will most likely need more than 10ml if I am going to take more than 1ml/ week of sustanon 250 what site would you guys recommend to buy gear from? Clearly steroidwarehouse.com Is out of the question. And should I stack sustanon 250 with another injectable steroid? If so what, and what doses? I am new to this, I'm kind of worried and excited all at the same time. I would try tren, but I hear that has the most side effects.

why sustanon? I would suggest testosterone straight NOT tren

Yea I've been told that, I need to tone it down a little. Maybe next time 3 sets on each exercise. It probabely holds me back a little when I over do it. I just felt like a lazy ass because it was 3 days since I did this routine last so I went a little too hard.
 
Amazing job losing that much weight and getting back into much better shape! Based on how you looked when you were leaner, just focus and work hard a bit longer before a cycle. Muscle memory is real and you will get back there by busting your ass.

so keep in mind that over training actually hurts your gains and does not help
plus it will triple your chances of over use injuries

weight and resistance training is a high impact exercise you got to remember you've got those this in your spine that can get over contracted
 
If you start getting nagging injuries then you know you're overtraining
 
make sure you are doing some deloading too

The biggest mistakes I see people make on a bulk is over eating to much, eating thr wrong kinds of foods and ditching cardio, you can still bulk and do cardio, it is needed to keep the heart healthy, don't overlook its huge benefits.

Also I see people bulk to much and put on weight to fast and it looks sloppy, personally I prefer lean bulking, 5-10lbs at a time hold that weight for 3 months and adjust and go up 5 more lbs see how u look, it's a slower way of doing it, the results u will look much better with that approach.

I was going to buy more sustanon 250 but I think the Test E 200 might be better. Also Is just 8 weeks off really bad for my health. I hear it's supposed to be just as much time off as on, but I worry I'll lose all my gains 3 months off.

I'll definetly look into N2guard, I just want to use up my Sustanon 250, should I just use the Sustanon 250 first then switch to Testosterone Enanthate?

@fusionr on the cycle, sustanon alone then testosterone is the way. Sustanon flat line dose for 8 weeks followed by 8 weeks testosterone.

fill in the gaps of your workouts with something else
for example if you like training long hours then fill in some more time with cardio

I'm going to divide my lifting routine up like I did before and do a back and biceps day, and a chest and triceps day separately. I am going to start a cut so I'm going to do cardio 3 days a week in the morning and if it falls on a lifting day I can do that later in the day. Also I'm hoping my steroid cycle will also help with a cut. Just a slight decrease in calories, plus the cardio to tone down for the up coming summer. Slow and steady.

These are (2)10ml vials of EQ 200 / Test E 200 from Dragon Pharma both from UGFreak, my question is they are both from the same manufacturer, distributor, same exact steroid, and concentration. Why are the colors so much different?

but dragon Pharma has different batches and manufacturing locations for safety so different batches might have different labeling and branding

I started a cycle of 250mg Test E / 250mg (Boldenone), Equipoise on April 1st. I've been lifting steady every week on every muscle. I slowly upped the dose to what I'm taking now which is 450mg Test E / 300mg Boldenone. I am cutting still for summer so I'm not at my maintenance calorie level currently. I get about 1800 calories, and 180ish grams of protein/ day. Even at caloric defecit I've seen muscle/strength gain, and fat loss. Once I get to about 10% body fat I'll up my calorie intake to around the 2500 calories needed to be in a slight caloric surplus. I'm going to try to stay lean throughout the summer while putting on what I can for muscle. I can tell the steroids are helping both in muscle gain and fat loss. I plan on a blast cruise so once I finish a 20week cycle I'm going to lower my testE / EQ dose to 350mg 50/50 split. Is that too high for essentially a high sport trt dose? Also would you guys recommend that to be just TestE after my cycle? Also right now I have to take it easy on my lifting fpr 3-4weeks because I did decline flat bar benching, and felt a sharp pain in my left peck, and lost the strength in that side. I wasn't going too heavy I'm just not used to flat bar benching especially on Decline. I do full range of motion from dumbell bench pressing. Turns out I slightly tor my left peck. This happened a few days ago. Tuesday I have an appointment with a specialist to be sure I didn't do more damage than I thought. I was making great progress too. Now I'll have to stop lifting on back,shoulders, and chest for 3ish weeks then go light till my chest is 100%. Hopefully the steroids help me retain the muscle better and help me heal quicker. I can still do legs, abs, biceps, and believe it or not triceps. Just have to go light on bi's and tri's. I do cardio on my exercise bike 3-4 times a week for cardio vascular health and it helps maintain my slight caloric deficit. I'll keep you guys updated on. My progress, and torn peck muscle.

I wasn't going too heavy I'm just not used to flat bar benching especially on Decline. I do full range of motion from dumbell bench pressing. Turns out I slightly tor my left peck. This happened a few days ago. Tuesday I have an appointment with a specialist to be sure I didn't do more damage than I thought. I was making great progress too. Now I'll have to stop lifting on back,shoulders, and chest for 3ish weeks then go light till my chest is 100%. Hopefully the steroids help me retain the muscle better and help me heal quicker. I can still do legs, abs, biceps, and believe it or not triceps. Just have to go light on bi's and tri's. I do cardio on my exercise bike 3-4 times a week for cardio vascular health and it helps maintain my slight caloric deficit. I'll keep you guys updated on. My progress, and torn peck muscle.

I was training the bigger muscles Just once a week. Abs, and calves are twice a week. Until my chest is healed I can only do abs, biceps, triceps, and legs.

So bro dragon pharma is a good brand and if you got it from UG freak they test all their gear, might be a slightly different carrier oil, sometimes the same carrier oil can come in different colours depending on the batch, and even the raws manufacturing process can produce different colours of the same compound seen it all before

I wouldn’t be alarmed on colour difference bro if it’s from ugfreak you good 2 go 🔥

Yea, I'm taking testE & EQ now. I was weight training 4 days a week and cardio 3-4 days a week as well. Is EQ bad to take as a 50/50 split with TestE when I use it later on as a sport trt dose or would you recommend just the Test E at 300mg

My left peck is still slightly inflamed, I know it's harder to see now that's its been about 3 days. But for some reason it didn't bruise. I got the bruising on my left bicep which for some reason doesn't even hurt.

whats the bruising from? you had a serious injury now? can you move arms?
 
These are (2)10ml vials of EQ 200 / Test E 200 from Dragon Pharma both from UGFreak, my question is they are both from the same manufacturer, distributor, same exact steroid, and concentration. Why are the colors so much different?

I caused a small tear in my left peck doing Decline flat bar benching. I usually do cables or dips for lower chest, for some reason I thought it was a good idea to do it on the decline bench after a hard upper chest set with dumbells. I felt my left side give out and I could feel the muscle wasn't right and see it was swollen. I went to the er and they confirmed it was a tear. I have an appointment with a specialist tomorrow to make sure that's all I did. I can't lift my arm all the way up, but I can bend it no problem. I just can't do chest, back or shoulders now for atleast 3 weeks. Then I can go light. I'll keep everyone updated.
 
make sure you learn from your mistake
don't keep repeating issues like that
 
this is why I'm not a fan of incline or decline lifting
makes more sense to stick to flat bench
