Once dropping below 10% body fat it’s really a game to keep the metabolism ramped up high so keeping calories also high does help with it.I noticed you do Cardio before and after your workouts. I just know that even a small dose of Ai just completely nukes my estrogen to the ground. I always have it on hand but never had a reason to use it. I do! When I ran my health phase I cut out all compounds but test and after about 6 weeks my acl and joints started acting up. I had a torn acl in my right knee I fought for a few months last year.do you think that that Deca is really helping at that low dose?

Man consecutive refeeds on a cut is the way to go, holy crap. Everything today was connecting amazingly. Last two days have been eating in excess of 5000 calories so the next week will be dropping cals to 2000 to get to baseline a little quicker and hopefully speed up some fat loss in the coming days.

Pasta is a homemade Italian brand, it sits really light on the stomach doesn’t cause much bloating tbh. Already at 230 lbs and still looking pretty solid I know my next 2-3 workouts are going to be incredibly good.
