Sliverback is making a very good impression and name in the community and I love seeing that. That other trainer u normally don't work with definitely had me confused tossing in shoulders with legs. I would hate that.

Been pumping magnesium due to cramping when training maybe this is also to blame
taurine is for cramping, magnesium can cause overload bro
 
Interesting my magnesium has 1000mg of taurine in it
I'll buy a separate taurine only
actually 1000mgs of taurine is enough but 2grams is better
increase elecrolytes as well
