Stats :
Height 6 feet
Age : 42
Weight: 223lbs
Body fat % : 22
Training experience: 13 years in my youth then a 12 year break cuz of life and I’ve been back at it 3 years religiously at 5-6 days a week

Training :

I am currently trying out Jim stoppanis shortcut to shred which is 6 days a week (mornings and fasted) with mini cardio sessions instead of breaks between sets , 5-6 days a week I either do swimming , treadmill or punching bag for cardio in the evenings.


Nutrition :

I recently started taking semaglutide and read Stevesmi’s thread about fasting and I was sold on it so the past 2 months I’ve been only eating from 1pm to 7pm. I take athletic greens with some collagen . Then I take my other supplements. I usually end up eating an actual meal at 5pm which consists of whatever my wife made and I’ll add a salad , my wife usually cooks a meat curry with rice. I’ve been adding protein shakes to make up the protein difference while I’m loosing weight .
I end up getting 220-250 grams of protein a day .
I’m not sure on the other numbers but there pretty low since I’ve been loosing weight very steadily since I started intermittent fasting (I was 255 and way higher body fat % )

Bloodworks:

When I was 34 my dr tested my test and it was very low at 230 so I’m assuming it’s even lower now. Last blood work I had was 2 years ago and everything in it was in range including my cholesterol and glucose (he didn’t check my test)

Cycle:

I’ve had ankle surgery and it left a lingering pain in my ankle so after some research and since I’m old enough I decided to give hgh a try . I’ve been taking 1 iu at 1030pm and 1 iu at 7 am which is 30 min before my gym session for the past month and I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect or I was gh deficient but my ankle pain feels way better , I feel like I’m less sore the next day after my workouts and I can actually remember my dreams again I haven’t remembered my dreams since I was under 20 . I would like to add in some test cyponate at 250mg a week for 10 weeks and some anavar at 40 mg a day for the last 5 weeks. I plane on waiting 3 weeks and doing clinic and nolvadex as pct with maybe hug.

The questions I would appreciate help with :

1) At what fat % should I be at before I start the test and anavar? Or (🤞) can I start it now ?

2) Should I use hug during the cycle or post cycle or not at all?
3) how long should I run the nolvadex and clinic and how long after my last injections should I start ? Is 3 weeks enough or longer?

4) how long can I take the hgh for ? Can I stay on it indefinitely or should I cycle it on and off ?

5) how often should I get bloodwork during this cycle ?

6) do I need to add some exemestane to this or it won’t be necessary?

You can start now just dont go high doses

if you're doing 250mgs testosterone that might need aromasin 5mgs every 3 days

On the fasting part (great thread!) , it said that if we drink tea or coffee it breaks the fast , does that include chamomile tea at night ? Or even herbal teas will break the fast ?

I posted pictures of my daily supplements and what I trained today at the gym, I also add 6 sets of abs to all his workouts and during the 1 minute rest period I’m either running in place doing jumping jacks or other cardio type movements , I also did twenty 25 yard laps at the pool for cardio and later played basketball with my boys but by then I was pretty warn out lol. I ate leftover chicken tika masala my wife made with baryanni rice and had 3 mixed whey and cassein protein shakes plus a casein only shake at 7 pm. Including around 50 grams of protein for the chicken Tika masala I got 230g of protein today plus my supplements and after 7 it’s water only unless I get a green light on the chamomile tea until tomorrow at 1 pm. Because of my work schedule the past few months I’ve been training 12 days on and 2 days off so hopefully with the hgh I won’t be as sore as I’ve been getting lately by day 12 . I am waiting on the nolvadex . The goldtrop hgh is doing good so far but I decided to get some purity source labs after so many people here vouch for them, I should get them in this week.

You wont get the best results at 22% bodyfat. I'd have you work ahead of a cycle at reducing that number

I’m fine waiting to start , what body fat you think I need to be to start? The main reason I’m adding the test is because I watched that YouTube video of Dylan explaining how hgh and test together have a synergistic effect on fat loss and end up burning it like crazy and since I’ve been at a calorie deficient diet the past few months and I’m already low T , that this combination would help me loose more weight without the risk of loosing muscle (or even better gaining some ) . What do you think ?

I think with growth hormone 4 months is a good minimum
but really there's no point in using it until you're in better shape
 
I would not take Green's powders
you want to eat real vegetables instead
I get a salad similar to this every day, I take the athletic greens as more of a natural vitamin supplement. Not much biryani left so I substitute it with a bit of white rice with the remaineder of the chicken tika masala

@Returnofthestack awesome meal, but you need more vitamins than greens, you'll need to push up the nutrients for the cycle.
 
This is todays workout , as usual the 1 minute between sets is spent doing cardio and I ended the session with 10 minutes of stair master and 20 min of treadmill.

I’ll warn you , I know that in my culture ( mid eastern ) we use a lot of oils and ghee in our big delicious home meals , and I’ve seen how much ghee yiu guys use , just remember , fatty food is deceiving with portions . 9 calories to a gram of fat as apposed to 4 calories per gram of carb or protien .
A spoon of fat or oil is about 10 grams .
That’s 90 calories. As apposed to say …… a cup of cooked rice around 100 calories . What’s more filling ?
I’ve fallen for that trap of hidden calories . Fat can be deceiving in food as you often can’t see it .
