ok Brio Bros got the the fun shopping done exchanged the ill fitting leather cap for some tight leather patrol gloves a leather collar for my pretty fwb and a leather "short" (shes not going anywhere) leash which doubles as a strap when needed.

up next get home and cook up some major protein it's time to get the diet back on track

ok well it was 100F at my house it's 60F at my beach in cold wet windy fog.
i'm so over this i can't wait to move to SoCal.

this is an old army fort from the 1800s torrented the west coast. i guess they just stood up here and threw big rocks at slow wooden ships?
you can the water difference just from downtown.
and the fog behind the tunnels. pics and vids and selfies cuz now i finally believe i'm as sexy as the boys keep saying so i'll be impossible

so like

front squat ten reps
no break
dead lift ten reps
90 second break

increase weight
repeat ten times

the weight increases until im
struggling then hell
decrease
it at the
end so i can finish all
the reps.

the worst part isn't the muscle failure it's that i can't breathe. especially with legs.
my warm up is to jog around the parking lot i think he said it's 400 meters not sure but it's only 3 or 4 minutes and i'm dying. my jog is more like a dramatic walk injustice try to make it look like i'm jogging 🙄

it's hot this summer so it helps to make sure the AC is on and point the giant fan right at me.

the crossfit studio we use is in a temp location in a former bank and moving next door into the old sushi place. it'll be nice but, crossfit studios fly have machines and THEY DONT have MIRRORS
it's some kooky philosophy .
i want mirrors. everywhere. i have to run to the bathroom just to take pics.😡

i love it.
but nothing makes me blow up with unwanted weight gain as fast or as much as pasta does 😢 so i just don't get to eat it

what I like about that part of the country is that there isn't that many people
there is but there isn't. we have an urban area with 7million people but there is so much nature everywhere i mean just everywhere mix right into the whole thing
even right the middle of the city

I know that 10 set routine must be absolutely brutal, but it is probably exactly what you need! If you are wanting to get leaner, think of it as a full cardio session while you are lifting.

i think it true that putting on more muscle keeps you burning more fat . i've def recomped my body.
the real ongoing flossie is always diet.

not even fat but just the puffy water bloated 5-10 extra pounds from the

processed foods
sigars
what/ gluten

i'd say alcohol but seriously have 0-3 drinks a month. /
at most.

but i turn to food to feel good when i dont

i'm also working on mental health and some lifelong issues becksernim determined tonbreak this choke of shutting out guanine cuz they trigger something that has nothing g to do with them .
not only is my new fb fantastic but that passion and chemistry is actually making me want to get back to more what do you call it ... being closer to my husband. so i'm prying shit apart and separating things . it's like Alien when the cssiturenis suck to you and you gotta
pull it off.

being comfortable with my body though has killed the obsession and therefore the drive over my belly/ abs situation. 🤷

lots to do money issues work sked issues health issues marriage /realtionship issues boyfriend / relationship issues car crashes lol social life challenges

And i turn 60 in november and that in itself is going to be a crisis.

my life is about to end. i'm going to have to be heavily medicated in november

there's a bar in the castro call the twin peaks
it's the first gay bar in the city to have big windows open to the street ( the bars used to be dark and hidden )
it's a part of history but always been known as the older crowds bar. 50-90 lol
it's own as the glass coffin due to the big windows and old guys

i've been walking past that bar for 40 years.wonder g when it's time for me to finally go in lol

maybe i should have my birthday there haha

seriously though nowadays there's plenty of younger ones there too but it is an institution

apparently i got it wrong last week this combo last week was 19000 pounds moved not 9000 and today was over 20,000 pounds

well it september and i did not get juiced jacked and crazy sexy as my log title implies but i did at least get hydrated some what defined and sexy enough per my fans. so slow steady progress

today i made a protein shake. it's a necessary evil since i'm just not getting nearly enough protein from my food.

one thing i want to give is a noticeable back. any ordinary big guy can have chet and arms but details like shoulders and backs and hard defined thighs set you apart.
i can tell if there's definition on my back but what is that skin area i think it's just saggy old guy skin lower back.

just over 20,000 pounds total.

not full prep i just cooked the meat.
it's not enough cuz me and hubby both work out.
the amount of meat i'd have to buy every week to give us both 150 g of protein per day would be expensive
today a made a protein shake. i can't stand them no matter how much i hide the taste. but what else can i do.

my chicken is good its usually gross but i bough the bone in skin on thighs instead of the boneless skinless thighs and then i cooked them in the frying pan instead of on the grill and they so much tastier. 🥹😛

for two men who who workout. that's $75 a week per person. luckily i have a winco not far away ( 20m) so i save at least 50 a week compared to safeway. safeway is outrageous.

grapes 4lb $8

hummus $4

OJ 1/2 g (2) $7

He takes care all the gym stuff: protein powder creatine pre workout vitamins biotics etc
also goes to costco for other stuff. and takes care of the pet expenses.

i tried grocery outlet per my trainer, ( there's one five minutes from me) but the selection is too limited. if i were single it wight work. And not really cheaper than winco over all. same with trader joes
( trader joes is a nightmare to shop in becomes it's packed with annoying people lol and while they have lots of tart stuff most of isn't really healthy it just taste good especially their frozen stuff yum.
inneed a one stop for everything so i'm not running all over the county.

anyway i should stop texting one go do a walk

( without being injured) and it adds cardio.

i think that's why we are doing it this way.
but ten sets of ten times two moves is a lot lol. when we get to 6 i say this is the last one right? nope🙀
if i could breathe better and didn't have any pain i could lift a lot more. some days i sky have pain and everything is so much easier.

the pain and the breathing really hold me back.
it's annoying.
anyway i like my body more now. 🌈

these self driving cars are all over the place. 🙄

and there was a recent story ... there a an empty lot in the city where these cars automatically go to put themselves to bed at night. but when they park themselves in the storage lot they start honking at each other all night cuz they think they are in each others way lol. and it's driving the neighbors nuts all night

We just got a Teledocter today at work. I put it together . This thing is freaky. The possibilities .
It’s a cart , a computer and 2 screen hooked up on it , speakers , cameras , ecg , blood pressure monitors , sugar , mini camera so you can shove up your throat while a docter guides you on The screen .
All that’s missing is for the the. Cart ti move around automatically from person to person scanning yiu for facial recognition and reckognising heat signals etc if yiur sick .

it's mild bi polar ( treated ) and ADD untreated and getting worse with age lol the ADD will
make you super sensitive to criticism rejection etc
it's a real thing.
if you procrastinate a lot that's childhood trauma

i do t like to over diagnose or treat i don't mind being crazy but it annoying tithe people around me .
luckily my trainer has what i have and is super knowledgable and explains it and knows how to get me to perform.

the ADD is horrible tho. 🤪🙄

all good looking men should train with no shirts on and the gyms should be grateful for that publicity.

that's a crossfit space. my trainer teaches crossfit classes in return for being able to use the space for his PT clients to train between classes so for the most part i'm ina private space just me and him.

sometimes the girl is there with her clients she's nice but i don't like when girls are there because i have to watch what i talk about and me and pt have a very open dialogue about things. 🙀

my poor trainer tho he teaches my hubbys cross fit classes and he trains me and trains my fwb too and he has more information than he ever bargained for. (but i also keep him stocked with Tadapox for when he has "dates" so i m is about the girls he's with.

i try to be helpful. i brought my leather paddle in from the car which he wasn't sold on but did show interest i the gag cuz sometimes the girls talk too much. apparently. 🤷

he takes lots of pics and vids of me because he knows i'm motivated by vanity and when the camera is on my form will be better.

when i go online of course shirt has to be in.

question : why do some of the sexy boys at the gym workout all bundled up in baggy sweats and hoodies? why would you hide all your hard work? 🤷

i'm very happy i had such a nice time FINALLY with my fwb after a 6 week absence.
took him to see deadpool i knew he was going to be one of of those marvel nerds. and watching him giddy with excitement over all those characters 🥰 was great. ( i can't keep track of all that shit and my hubbys been dragging me to those movies for years. too) i mean they are entertaining but i can't keep track they got x-men's and loki's and avengers and this and that whatever. then we had mexican then i had to go home change from levi's and leather boots back into shorts and tennys and get hubby go back out - eat again -greek this time- and pretend i was hungry, and see another movie i didn't wanna see but i wanted him to be happy. ( i fell asleep the first half of beetlejuice cuz j had eaten so much

then finished watching the debate (yay) hubby had a sweet tooth so i made us some pancakes.

didn't get any p-y today cuz fwb us still recovering g from surgery-- one more week. i can wait and save up. it's worth the wait! it's like usda prime organic grass fed free range fair trade p-y. sometimes i just daydream about it.

i'm thinking i'll start logging food again today to see where i am i know my protein is well under 100g a day.

today is legs i think then trainer will be out of town so ill miss friday and monday.

he made a proposal that if me and fwb want to team up and train in the same hour we'd ea h save half the cost.

i'm totally good with saving 425 a month AND hanging out with fwb for an hour x3

this is a win win. time to get out of bed then
