anyone using colostrum for digestion?

Looking to take something to help digest food and that sort of thing.
I’m currently doing probiotics and that sort of thing but wanted to start using colostrum as well.
Anyone with experience stacking both of these together and how did it work out for your gut health
it’s also supposed to be good for muscle growth

yea i tried it colostrum is good but increases estrogen
its a real issue with e2
