these pct tabs are too much, just use proviron and hcgenerate both, you dont need full doses of hcgenerate 5 caps no need, just check this 3 caps hcgenerate and 25mgs proviron to start @dominion7

Sloppy Joe sauce is pretty good to diet with imo. You can get a lot of flavor from it and feels like your cheating.

I want to say like $6 per box. Pretty spendy but it sure makes it feel like you're cheating when u arent. I get them at Walmart.
The others are 9 & change for 4 damn cookies lol...plus the fairlife is expensive too... my wife was like "Uh, don't get used to that." Lol

Dude, I checked out Quest and they have sugar alcohols in them, and it's 4 - 2oz cookies for $9.49 and Lenny's & Larry's are 4 - 4oz cookies without sugar alcohol..(and they were on sale for $7.39)..so sticking with L&L...lol

My father in law has been fighting cancer off and on for about 5 yrs. He is going through a little bout with it now, doing small amounts of chemo & radiation. Today he wanted to go out for chili dogs so we did..he loved it..

those lenny cookies are good, i've had them before but man they tear up my stomach. i think it might be from the gluten or something else

I was checking out @Losiol meals. He always is spot on for food. It gave me an idea for some southwestern style food. So I took some leftover Carnitas from yesterday and threw them on some scrambled eggs...freaking delicious..

You're under 2000 on some days now aren't you? Most days I am about 1800-2000.
The lowest I go now is 2000 mostly around 2300/2500 depending how intense the training day and cardio is on given day

Yeh, it wasn't too bad except it hurt my gut & caused indigestion. Eating clean & grass fed beef makes a difference for sure.

I do with cardio, but have gotten used to it. However today was leg day, and I really felt the pumps in my lower back..it hurts but I kinda like it...it's like I know it's working..🤣
