OK boys had a leg day with the coach he fucked me.
Hack squats to complete failure.
Leg presses to complete failure.
Physically couldn't do split squads or lunges.
Did adduction and cramped my entire vg and glute. But got through it.
Hamstring curls to failure.
Leg extensions to complete failure.
Complete failure is me not even being able to lift any weight. Could barely even lift my legs to put them back onto the machine.

Still a bit new to the slin and the pumps it gives so we blamed that.
Legs were swollen.
They are pretty good today a little tender but manageable.
We also did some posing practice as well might try and get some photos when I can.
Different gym to normal so didn't log the workout.
Got my form for hack squats and presses down like the coach wants.
Also asked me about the slin how I was going if I had gone hypo etc.
He explained that I shouldn't based on my meals and how I'm eating but I do have gummies in my gym bag incase.

insulin isn't that dangerous I mean it's used by so many people already for diabetes

Don't know with the chicken I assumed it was bad. Happens sometime here bought the same day as well 😅

One scoop of protein for both my oats/weetbix meal and one with my preworkout meal.

Also decided to pin my quad this time so that was fun maybe I'm a sucker for pain.

Bros loose with the pins after that 1ml sample and now this😂😂 been doing lats myself bro, can hold heaps of oil and actually very easy to hit! If you have some bit of vascularity as well it’s quite easy to see where to hit

just keep some emergency sugars on hand with the diabetes you can get those glycogen pills
