Got my breakfast as well been Alternating between weetbix and oats to keep thins interesting.
The chicken I bought tasted fucked after I cooked the thing so in the bin it went. Today unfortunately I am raw dogging my diet. I'm aiming for slightly over my cals then under as I need to make sure my carbs are high enough for the slin.
