Good morning boys !!
Second day with the lantus or basil insulin and haven't died yet 😅
No issues so far to report.
Coming into the 3rd week with Novo as well.
Weight is now 93kg fasted.
Calories I ate some.extra shit yesterday pushing me over but they were actual food as opposed to shit.
Inlaws cooked pasta etc so I couldn't say no to a small dish.

Trained Posterior Chain yesterday.
What a work out.
Basically fried my hammys on the first exercise then struggled through the rest 🤣

Maybe next time I'll see if they need some help didn't have time last night 🤣

Absolutely brother.
I don't mind people trying to get better but this wasn't it.
Still yet to be approached in the gym but I guess hoodie on and headphones on means I'm unapproachable haha I don't mind it means I get to train in peace.

Just doing the basics will be pinning before hand to keep my routine.

really hard to find good quality cranberry juice
you're better off just eating some raw fruit
 
might want to take a few months away from the hormones
that will help balance out the cholesterol more
 
Thanks for sharing the blood work. Overall looks pretty good. Cholesterol is definitely effected by a cycle so just do everything else you can to bring it down.

Yeah I was.
The prechers were fairly light but really pumped.
The insulin definitely helps as well. Craziest pumps ever

Weetbix here isn't too bad - American breakfast options usually contain a lot more sugar.
Even with the same product in the U.S vs another country - the U.S version will have a lot more sugar sadly

Oats are 100% obviously and weetbix are 97% wholegrains they do have a few more micronutrients as well but look pretty close am I missing something else as well?

Food today is going to be a little off as I have a dinner booked in for with some old friends and they are cooking a feast.
Going to aim to keep carbs high for slin as I will be training today even if it's at midnight.

Bro switch out for creamy rice and protein powder. Some banana 🍌 on top of higher carb day. I promise you will never look back
I've been smashing cream of rice everyday almost want to switch it up and have it twice a day replacing the oats
