Approved Log Testosterone Cypionate, Primobolan, Anavar - Mini shred 6wks to vacation Log

Thank you bro!! No not prepping just cut calories to 3k and added primo and var for a little 6 week cut up to an all inclusive Mexico trip. I am considering competing possibly next year, but don’t want to jeopardize my health at all.

Updates currently only 200 test 200 primo. Ran out of anavar last Sunday took 25mg first 4wks bumped up to 50 for 5 more wks. Feeling very good. At about 184/185 give or take. Training 6 days a week.

Mon- Push/Calves
Tues-Pull/Abs
Wed- Legs
Thurs- Chest/Shoulders/Abs
Fri- Back/Rear Delts/Calves
Sat- Arms/Abs
Sun- Off

30 minutes cardio 7 days a week post training or fasted first thing Sunday. Then I do additional 20 min seated bike every other day in the evening, more or less just to stay busy and let my son jump on trampoline and play by the pool.

Diet pretty strict was at 2800 calories to reset my appetite after my vacation. Did this for about 3 weeks. Bumping today back to 3000 calories.

310 protein
305 carb
60 Fat

Cheat meal Sunday evening. I think I had 100 pieces of sushi last night. So very full and vascular in these pics from all the carbs.

Vacation pics 6 nights 3 in Tulum, 3 in Cancun. We’ve done Cancun about 5 times. This was first time to Tulum, we loved it. Stayed at the Hilton all inclusive in both spots. I highly suggest Tulum, very beautiful beaches awesome ruins and the resort had much better food

This morning after a night of roughly 20k steps at Halloween horror nights followed by 2 burgers and a chicken quesadilla at 2:30am. I woke up and found the goon lighting in the room 🤣🤣🤣

I will find out on Wednesday the 6th i got the Dexa scan scheduled. Last year mid December i did one it showed 7% bf I personally think I was closer to 9-10%. I will post last years and this years on Wednesday afternoon as a little comparison.

I’m down af to do a show!! Let’s go!! My wife said I can do it before we want another kid. So times running out.

Vacays very important for us. Me and my wife work in luxury retail so we work usually late at night. And don’t really get too many off days together. So it’s like our only true true family time together with our son. Then I’m always eating very clean during the week besides my 1-2 scheduled cheats. So i always look forward to just be able to indulge and eat any and everything!!

gotta be careful though traveling to those places no storm might stop you but you could get stranded if one hits and they cancel your flights

Go. You only live once!!! we all probably eat so perfect, train like animals, the body needs some breaks throughout the year to eat whatever. I still train on vacation and do cardio, but it’s so nice to eat whatever the fuck I want. Literally when I get back from a trip trip I look forward to the next. It’s crazy.
