those scales are not accurate for body fat at all not even close especially for those with a lot of muscle mass
 
stay away from things and boxes and processed foods that's what's killing you

Nothing unpercsribed or recreationa. Also stopped drinking too last month.

Why vomit?
So physically I'm fine, blood pressures normal high for me I'm guessing it's heat related and diet maybe?

But it's happened before now, however i think it was heat stroke during these times.

Nothing gut related, to be clear the vomiting is only during exertion when hot... feels just like nausea when you start running for the first time ever.

Might have to actively watch my PB and HR during workout, maybe more cardio too.

Have a GP appointment booked already.

Under a pain specialist, the Duloxitine is used as a pain adjunct for the Palexia. But yes its also got the added benfit of being an SNRI antidepressant. Palexia (tampantadol, a synthetic opiod) is for pain, I broke my back in a few places in 2011. I've come down from the 400mg to 50mg daily. Still in pain everyday on this dosage but I've also got additional palexia for brakethough pain management.

It would be very difficult to drop bodyfat with these drugs. I see the issue.

I think we're on the same page, I was thinking increasing the x trainer time, and staying in Zone 2. Can't run or jog unfortunately due to pain it causes.

Starting to think I feel a difference since getting on Primo - have more drive and want to be in the gym. Positive too, like I can do anything. Feel stronger also just in general.

I reached out as I was having some oil balling with the UGL test I had on hand as I do SubQ injections at the moment. Discussed a higher concentration but decided to stick with 250mg/ml as this usually had reduced pip and my dosages are small and frequent.

on the pain meds, I dont know your whole situation but how serious is your pain and from what? just to clarify
 
Eddie, I managed to get about 2 or 3 days earlier this year off meds, first time in 13 years!

But it quickly catches up, the pain I expeince as a result of fractures is nerve damage related. So simply using the muscle becomes an issue. It is a chronic and disabling, so without meds I eventually end up bed ridden as a result of the pain.

With reduced meds I manage it with stretching, massage, distraction, heat and reducing my work load.

I've got a great PHP, who's got an interest in chronic pain management, we have an honest relationship, I tell her about the AAS usage and alcohol consumption without any issue.

But due to where I live, the only other intervention at my disposal is CT guided steroidal injections, these provide some added relief for a month or two. But there is a limit to how many you can have. The other option is RF Ablation of the nerve, that works for about 4 to 6 months for me, but isn't available here.

So its a life long injury, that won't recover more than it is curretly.

However losing weight helped and I think improving strength will also help... hence being here.

Saturday, Sunday & Monday were pretty good days, managed to keep busy over the weekend but didn't work out. I have only a few more weeks with my Son before he moves away with his Mum some 3000km! So I'm keeping the remaining weekends I have free to spend quality time together, so no gym just for these weekends.

30 min walk each morning with the dog. Didnt gym this weekend and although it was not ideal I am okay with it. Did a swim sunday too.

Hi All, been absent with moving house and some internet issues.​


All in all, I haven't been to the gym, but have been active and maintained a deficit in calories as I hit 83.4kg over the weekend. Down from the 85/86kg I had been stuck at for a while.

FOOD


Diet has been consistent, and although I know most of you don't like the frozen meals, fresh produce isn't in great supply here.
My staple meals are
Breakfast: Baked beans and hard-boiled egg.
Lunch: Smoked salmon and salad.
Dinner: Frozen meals

I've done bloods yesterday (my usual monthly ones) and will update you with them once received. Mood is meh, waking with erections, during sex I don't seem to "get there" and would be way too rough with the Mrs if I did! Part of this is mismatched libido with the Mrs.

I've transitioned from SubQ to IM - had a few issues mostly with short needles so have some longer ones coming. With the change from 200mg per week to 300mg per week of BiopoweRNA Test Depot & Primoron the oil volume was too much for SubQ, I had tried several smaller injections but moving to IM was always on the cards so have done it now.

Also, I was unaware that Enanthate was considered a no good for SubQ, but I had minor issues while using it for the last 6 months.

Yeah, 3 meals and 2 snacks is usually enough. Small meals compared to pre TRT.

That said I've not been strict and still lost weight, hydration feels similar.

For the first time ever I've seen veins in my legs, can feel the major ateries too...

And I'm finding IM to be easy after a few stumbles. Thanks to @ez2plz for his help explaining what I was doing wrong.

MCHC is low, could this be becuase of decreased iron or protein? I didn't expect this with Primo on board.

If someone's keep to give me some guidance with this I'd appreciate it.

Is it definitely him? I don’t want to kiss ass, but just calling it how it is- he’s been nothing but helpful, polite and patient in my dealings with him, and he seems to have weathered a storm of sorts on here and people are giving him more time. Would be silly of him to throw all that away…

I don't use reddit and I have no time to be creating reddit accounts and asking or even talking to people on reddit, I didn't even know Reddit was a thing for any bodybuilding community. We are on EVO and evolutionary.org only. Someone asking if you think rhinougl is legit is not harrassment either bro, we have no interest in dealing with you after your previous comments in our threads to be quite blunt I have plenty of happy customers and not enough time to be dealing with this.

You can't just assume because someone is asking about a source if its legit that it's us mate I'm surprised you even went to the trouble to mention it on here to be honest. I know all your other attempts of trying to stir the pot on all of our other threads failed, but you should probably just let it go.
 
Just to be clear @Eddie Haskell we do not have any Reddit accounts, nor will we be creating any at any point in the future. Just to make this abundantly clear with you guys so there is no confusion when you possibly see more generated impersonations of people looking to attack other members on other sites or forums and then complaining on here to try and get us taken off Evo. These guys will literally stop at nothing as I mentioned previously in our other threads, because it seems, that's what's in their best interest.
 
Not to mention we can't even use Reddit because of our VPN and opsec/obfuscation, just trying to go onto reddit for us doesn't work the site doesn't even allow me to try and create an account let alone login to one.

Thanks, is it the spreadsheet? It's very basic, but helps with spotting trends. Also I'm doing basic bloods, just can't justify the cost of the next lot up as I do bloods monthly.

I guess I'm trying to be transparent mostly. Then also showing Primobolan has significant AI properties, also Im AuADHD...

I actully love Anavar, it feels like the best pre workout and the workouts feel like I can keep going and going.

The issue is my lipids, they get all sorts of fucked up. Having worked in a role where I was lucky enough to learn a little about death, and Cardiovascular Disease I'm probably paranoid.

I expect that I'll either get back on it when I start to push real weights (I'm not trying to bulk at the moment, just building habits and loosing fat) or add in NPP or both.

Also, i was taking 12.5mg daily, but would take 20 or 25mg as a pre workout.

Yes the spreadsheet very detailed, its really good info overall too.

I'd like to see how you do longer with anavar and how you feel.

anavar is a great oral i'm glad you are a fan.
its pricey but if you get good quality its well worth it. you can add in NPP its pretty versatile but it will boost appetite.

I've no experience with NPP, from the reading forums I found that Test, Primo and NPP seemed a popular stack. So added that into the spreadsheet to remind myself I have it on hand if needed. The hunger thing could be good, thanks for the heads up!

I think it's too early yet to introduce anything else, as I haven't really pushed heavy weights yet, just been leaning out.

Day Recap

Yesterday was a productive day, both mentally and physically. Managed to stick to my morning routine, and despite a busy schedule, I got a solid workout in, which felt great. Balancing everything is a challenge, but it’s all about the small wins.

Sunday night Pin - 77ml of Test & Primo combined using a 27g 13mm in Quad, pushed deep due to short needle. First time with a 27g and that shit sucked ass I've got some 30g 13mm here, that is what I'll go back to for now - No I cannot get longer needles, pharmacy here don't stock them and don't sell them to the community! From the pharmacist himself! Will order some +30mm in the smallest gauge I can.

  • Morning Walk: 30 minutes with the dog as usual—best way to start the day.
  • Morning Workout: 30-40 minutes - Casual pace.
  • Work: Full day, but not a physically demanding one.

  • Coffee: 2 cups morning.
  • Snacks:
    • Mixed Nuts - Not trail mix.
    • Cheese, multi grain cracker and Vegemite.

Breakfast

  • Baked Beans - Hard-boiled Egg

Lunch

  • Chicken Parmy - Very poor choice I know.

Dinner

  • Smoked salmon and salad - It's a staple in this house.

Thanks man, yeah food is super important but I'm not going to be able to fast just yet. I can with semaglutide, but without it I'm an absolute angry confused mess.....
 
I've been on sema in before, just come off it about 2 months back, it is great, and worked a treat as I was 115kg.

But going forwards I'm planning to be in a calorie surplus and I couldn't eat much while on sema....so dont think that will work.

Forgive me if I'm nieve, I don't like the idea of being skin and bones.... skin and muscles yeah, but if I lost 10kg there would be nothing .
