Hello everyone, I am new to the forum/community but would like to introduce myself

I am 37 years old and compete in classic physique and have so for 15 years now

I am currently 108kgs and I am trying to harden my physique and build some more fullness, I love body-building and everything about its day to day life from food choices to the healthy eating and drinking and lifestyle choices

Pre workout meal: chicken pesto and sundried tomatoes

Pre workout supplements: 5g creatine monohydrate - 4g magnesium citrate - 250ml sugar free redbul

Workout-shoulders:

Delt-Mass Routine ·
1. Seated dumbbell shoulder press 40kgs x 14 reps ·
2. Barbell upright row 40kgs x 20 reps
3. Seated rear delt fly 20kg a side 16 reps
4. Side Lateral Raise 15kg dumbbels x 15 reps
5. Overhead bar front raise 30kgs x 15 reps

Post workout: zombie labs musclez

There’s a logging section of the forum you’ll have better luck with it over there, try get it swapped over or make a new one perhaps.

Yeah Eddie has been tagged above. That side of the forum is pretty good, heaps of knowledge too. Very welcoming now I think about it, but they are predominantly Americans so watch out for freedom units getting thrown in.

Although they are a bit food obsessed, they mean well.

Absolutely i invested in a 150 usd 5 cubic ft freezer for my garage months back, best decision ive ever made for making meals in mass and freezing it, grab and go super simple.

Million ways to go about it right, personally I prep all my chicken breast every 4 days then put on a fresh pot of rice daily, then weight out all melas the day day before - keeps them fresh as fuck and gives me the ability to change the veggie and salad component each day depending on what I have

That being said I’m a chicken and rice guy so not like I need to prep much 😂

liver supplement

Muslie, chobani high protein yoghurt, blueberries

Preworkout: 5 grams creatine, 5 grams magnesium citrate, oxyshred proton plasma (can)

Workout: ARMS

SET 1: triceps pushdowns - 10x4 35kgs
Set 2: forearm curls - 10x4 20kg dumbbells
Set 3: overhead triceps extensions 10x4 40kgs
Set 4: wrist curls 15kgs 7 sets 25 reps
Set 5: single arm cable triceps pushdowns 15kgs 20x4
Set 6: triceps rope pushdowns 30kgs drop setted with standing forearm curls 15kg dumbbels 20 reps each (till failure really)

Cardio: 30 mins stair master

Alright today was chest

Cable flys: 4 sets, 20 reps 30kgs
Inclined chest press: 120kgs 12 reps 4 sets
Low cable flys: 25kgs 12 reps 4 sets
Flat bench: 120kgs 15 reps 5 sets
Really high incline chest press: 80kgs 15 reps, 4 sets
Cable flys (again) 6 sets 25kgs drop seated down to 20kgs for 40 reps each set

Cardio: 40 minutes exercise bike

Breakfast: Green beans, 400g lean beef mince, 1 cup of rice
Lunch: 400g salmon with lemon drizzle, 1 cup of rice, 150g broccoli

Pre workout: 5g creatine monohydrate, 5g magnesium citrate, 1L coconut water

CYCLE: Just received my first package of test 400 and tren e 200

In regards to my training and fitness journey

Some weight is water weight and I do need to tweak my diet a little more to get the best results and to stop munching on snacks with the wife in bed haha 😄 😅

Thinking of adding a bulking component to my lean bulking cycle so any suggestions would be appreciated in that front as test and mast and proviron won't add much bulk, but I am curious on other people's experiences with a good lean bulk compound they added that is not to liver harsh

Sorry for the lack of activity over the last couple days

My oldest boy had a mountain bike accident and was in hospital for some time, he is on thr mend now and I am able to get back to it
