Approved Log Testosterone Primobolan Trenbolone Cycle Log

Wednesday December 11th

3 weeks in today and feeling dry, vascular and hard. Pinned 125mg test e, 100mg primo and 50mg tren ace this morning.

Strength hasn't shot up (yet) like it has on previous cycles but at the same time, I'm not holding as much water so that could explain things. I feel leaner by the day.
I'm tempted to bump the tren from 100mg to 200mg to see what happens.
Libido not raging but is there in the background. I sometimes forget I'm not in my 20s or 30s anymore so I'm not exactly expecting to be walking around with a permanent hard on haha.
Drive, focus and energy to train are all there
Overall I'm feeling content and well, so that is the main thing.

Question for you boys, I've been taking 1.5g of gaba each night before bed for about 2 weeks. I was told it helps in switching off those intrusive thoughts and the chatter in your head that keeps you awake when using tren. Can using gaba too frequently have any deleterious effects?

Don't let the numbers get out of control where you can't donate in the first place
once you get the number normalize you should be donating every chance you get
True that brother. That's why as soon as the red cross gave me the all clear to donate again, I was in that donating chair hooked up before you could blink an eye.

@Eveflorence I would keep the tren this dose, you're already looking amazing bro, you'll overshoot if you bump the tren too much imo @AE1079 your thoughts?

GABA wouldnt be an issue, helps with tren sleep, also add Valerian root. I would tell you to add melatonin but found out its a prescription in Aussie land, wtf! surprised me

your going to feel that doubling of the tren, every 10mg added makes a difference, I would suggest you try 125 > 150 > 200

GABA is kinda useless man, the actual molecule is way too big to pass the blood brain barrier. You want to use things that influence GABA within the brain more than anything.

Tren depletes magnesium heavily due to its glucocorticoid effects, and all electrolytes for that matter, I would get a magnesium glycinate a dose to at least 1000mg a day.

For sleep I recommend
Valerian root
5HTP ( give your not on SSRIs)
Glycine
Magnesium
Ashwaganda
Vitamin D3

You can also add melo, jump on iherb, get the extended release version.

Thanks for the advice brother. Yeah you can buy melatonin here but over the counter it's homeopathic shit and does nothing, so yeah you need a prescription for the real stuff. I don't really use it anymore but used to just buy it from your homeland

Great advice brother and thank you for those recommendations. Magnesium I used to take every night before bed but for some reason or another I've stopped.
So get mag glycinate you think?

Yep as this will pass the blood brain barrier and signal the nervous system and muscles to relax and swap into a rest and digest state. Which is why sometimes we can feel turnt on tren as this is heavily depleted

OTC melatonin, does it have the melatonin hormone in it?

Good work

It has it in trace amounts so yeah something like you said 0.001mg
Trace amounts? seems like pharmaceutical companies trying to make money off the backs of honest Aussie brothers, no good.

Friday 13th December

Been a big week of training and the body is feeling a bit depleted. Getting leaner and more vascular by the day it's quite incredible considering I'm not dieting and by no means in a deficit. Beauty of tren coupled with GH.
Tomorrow we're off out of town for a little family holiday so I'll do a peloton bike session in the morning and then rest day otherwise.

Started NAD+ injections this morning and pinned 50mg. Running this in an effort to improve mitochondrial health and restore some sort of energy balance.
Also, pinned some injectable dbol for the first time ever and had a killer volume based workout.

Meal 1: 4 eggs, greens drink, black coffee

Meal 2: 200g chicken pesto, one cup basmati rice

Meal 3: 150g chicken teriyaki, one cup brown rice, veggies.

Meal 4: Wpi shake, one banana

Meal 5: 300g pulled chicken burrito bowl

Meal 6: 185g tuna olive oil, 4 rice cakes, avocado

Meal 7: Wpi shake, one apple.

Training:
Back and shoulders

Lat pulldowns-
20 X 50kg
15 X 65kg
15 X 70kg
10 X 80kg X 3 sets

Tbar rows-
20 X 40kg
10 X 60kg X 2 sets narrow neutral grip
10 X 60kg X 2 sets wide prone grip

Seated rows-
20 X 50kg
10 X 70kg X 3 sets

Weighted pullups
10 reps with 10kg attached then straight into 10 reps just bodyweight. X 2 sets narrow grip, X sets wide grip.

Shoulders-
All exercises for shoulders were 3 sets of 20 and lighter than usual. Wasn't focused on numbers, rather on isolating the deltoid instead of having the traps do the work.
Lateral raises
Bent over laterals
Shoulder press superset with Upright rows.

@Eveflorence NAD injections? why not oral NAD? tell us a bit.

lots of protein today

Always with injections, you get better bioavailability.
That's smart.

Your body's always going to change so strength, not going up may not mean anything.

That's good that you're donating blood.

Not only helps yourself but helps others as well.

I haven't had kale in a long time.

It's a really good vegetable to add.

Better bioavailability with the injections. With orals, you never really know how much you're going to absorb due to digestion etc
Sure, but the extra injections, doesnt that bother you? pip etc

Monday December 16th

Still away with the family and get back home Wednesday. Been enjoying some downtime in terms of training but still keeping nutrition as consistent as I would at home.
Continuing with 125mg test enth, 100mg primo and 50mg tren ace twice a week. Took the weekend off GH and have just pinned 2iu as we speak.
Also pinning NAD 3x per week, 50mg each pin.
Trying to keep stress down though my biggest source is definitely the kids, so I need to find ways to better manage it.

Overall feeling really good, just really content with how things are going and managing to keep any sides at bay.

Meal 1: 4 eggs, greens drink, black coffee

Meal 2: 150g pulled chicken, one cup basmati rice

Meal 3: 250g chicken teriyaki stir fry with veggies

Meal 4: 200g turkey breast, one cup brown rice, green salad with kale, cucumber, spinach, cherry tomatoes

Meal 5:.Wpi shake, one banana

@Eveflorence diet is very steady, you able to keep a diet like this when you travelling?

Wednesday December 18th

Returned home this afternoon after 5 days away with the family and no training. Will get into some talk below but here's a garage session I've just squeezed in before bed...

Chest
Incline dumbbell press-
16kg X 20
24kg X 15
32kg X 10
40kg X 6 X 3 sets

Dumbbell press-
32kg X 15 X 3 sets

Dumbbell fly's supersetted with incline leverage press-
24kg X 10 X 3 sets
80kg X 10 X 3 sets

Notes:
Pin day today and nothing has changed dosage wise. Still very lean, vascular and relatively dry, recomoing nicely.
Sleep is pretty good considering tren is in the mix, thanks to @Livewell2024 for his GH and helping me catch some z's 😁
Also since starting the NAD+ I've noticed my resting heart rate slowly returning to off cycle levels which is really pleasing. It was increases on cycle.
In a really good place except for some bursts of frustration and anger (keep telling myself it's the tren thanks @BigBoyLabs 😅) but nothing out of hand.

Sorry bro late reply. Yeah sleep needs to improve, just hard when kids are having bad dreams and other shit and you're up and down during the night.
Yeah I should eat more berries and ditch the apples sometimes.
Love my swimming for cardio bro

Had a good pump the other day so hit a flex. I have no idea how to pose so just lent forward and hit a most muscular is that the one?

Tuesday December 24th

Feeling like I'm holding a bit of water the last few days, particularly around lower back and hips, so need to clean things up a bit. Diet has been a bit lax due to Christmas festivities and we haven't even hit the big day yet, so I'll try to exercise some self control tomorrow but hell it's Christmas afterall.

Had a really enjoyable back session today. I had 30 minutes to get it done so decided to do 10 sets of 10 pullups supersetted with 10 sets of 10 rep dumbbell rows 40kg each arm. Nice little 300 rep workout had my back feeling jacked.

I've just been aiming to get in as much protein as possible and not being overly strict on calories or anything during this holiday break.
Most meals have been like the picture below, lean meat, greens salad, rice (or potato). I will start detailing each meal again next week.

Tomorrow I will hit legs in the morning to work up an appetite for a big lunch and will finish the day with an hour walk.

One of the homemade hamburgers tonight, I ate about 4 of them equating to approx 250g lean beef mince.
clean meal :D when you feel a little off its fine during holidays you can clean up after easy

you have stage shape now :D
Thanks brother that's the goal for 2025. Legs need a tonne of work I've only been able to start training them the last couple of months due to a chronic knee injury I've had since 2022. Still can't perform leg extensions with a full range of motion but all other leg movements generally don't cause any grief thankfully.

You can go physique and step on stage easy :D
knee injury is how bad?

Yes, your conditioning looks amazing.
Most people would kill for your physique.

Your body fat is very, very low.

Keep up the good work, man. It's very impressive.

You sir are an absolute Beast, congrats.
From here. You can just conditioned your way to look and even better.

What an amazing physique you put together.

Very impressive work. You've got the chest and the muscles.

Wow, you got a scary physique, man.

Not only big but also ripped to hell.

Congratulations on achieving a physique that very few will ever see. You definitely deserve it. You've been working hard on this log

Keep on rolling man, we want to see you continue to improve even more.

Imagine what you will look like a year from now. If you keep this up.

Fractured the bottom of my femur, well technically the femoral condyle. Didn't rehab it properly and it never healed
anyway to fix it out? :D maybe more stretching and rehab yoga
