Cycle plans are as follows...
Doing a body recomp (Gain some muscle and lose some body fat at the same time.) Im not new to the game but here is what I had in mind..
Test E - 500 milligrams per week, one shot of 250 MG on Monday and another 250MG shot on Thursday.
Tren Ace - 100 MG on Mon, Wed, Fri
Masteron - 100 MG on Mon, Wed, Fri
Anavar - 50 Mg Daily
Anti Estrogens on hand - Nolvadex and Arrimidex
Got some Caber on hand as well just in case.
Keeping things simple and might adjust dosaging depending on blood work and results during this cycle.
Diet will be High protein, mid to high healthy fats and will incliude carb cycling keeping them fairly low on most days but a little higher on leg day and back day.
Training split will be 3 on and 1 of working push muscles, then pull muscles then leg day and the training cycle repeats after the rest day.
