Before start my log I took a breather and enjoyed food the introduction of gh helped me maintain my gains and kept me lean though my blood sugar levels was unbearable at 4iu I went down to 2iu and it was the right spot. Skin, stretch marks and kept most of my conditioning and recovering faster than any AAS I've used before.

Tomorrow I start with a more controlled with my food in order to track.

I'll start Dec with 1 hour of HITT bike and Back and Biceps.

Today I did start with 25mg of Anavar adder as Preworkout. Felt energetic and with a better mood and decent pump I did legs.

December 2nd - Legs
1.Leg extensions 4 sets of 20 reps of 45kg
2.Leg Press 4 sets of 12 of 300kg
3.DB Lunge 30kg each hand 3 sets of 10
4.Lying Leg Curl 5 sets to failure of 47kg

Cheers I plan to compete next year in April. Just need gain a few more kg of quality gains and ill start my prep that'll be logged too.

Still undecided what to do classic or body-building. The weight cut I don't think at my height I'll make it technically as I've taken 14 years off from going on stage and I did it natty and now I'm not I can either do Novice, Masters or Classic or Body-building.

I've been doing 2 x 1 hour sessions a week. Pump was alright but my sessions built on speed not power the lactic acid build up wasn't bad. If I had taken an aspirin before which I did once due to blood pressure the pump was crazy due to it thinning the blood.

Took Var and GH in the morning!

Using coconut cream and protein powder (cookies n cream) mixed with 100g uncooked oats. Once made tasted like cake.

Only few days in the pump I get is definitely a better feeling than dbol which I've used in the past and a more harder lean look strength from my last log has comeback since first time using this compound my body I can tell is enjoying it. I went to the GP as my Xiphoid Process is tender it's nothing serious just me on Sunday decided to do a run up to the bowling line and once I crossed the line the lane was more slippery than P-Diddys mansion full of baby oil!

I've noticed that Var has increased my vascularity and I'm pretty much Mr No Neck

Weight was 84.1kg did have alot of water today due to the weather and its summer. I also had scrambled eggs with chorizo, spinach with sour dough as post-workout and since I been on GH since October I've first started 4iu which I didn't like the PIP had alot of bruising and due to reacting to my pancreas I needed more sugar and I was eating a packet of jelly lollies a day but now just half a packet (200g instead of 500g).

They are plate loaded machines. Pin loaded are the cable flys. I always found for flys pinloaded cables work best and I can feel the time under tension.

If you modeling start doing 50mgs anavar 50mgs winstrol ED I know its high (with organ liver support) it will dry you out for shoots and harden you up without the masteron E2 crash.

This was August bloods when I had test and tren.

As for modelling I start photoshoots Friday next week. I don't plan on doing winny and adding more compounds for the sake of a shoot. Sticking to what I'm doing now.

You don't think estradiol, liver and kidneys need addressing?
My levels due to my acute compartment syndrome my legs are continuously breaking tissue down and it's been stable with no side effects. I usually do bloodwork every 6 weeks and I've yet had an issues

To give context. My bloods are always elevated my legs are 70% function due to ligament and muscle damage and even though I got fasciotomy I couldn't fully recover. Everytime I do exercise it'll be elevated hence why I have consistent check-ups to make sure it's stable.

When I first did TRT the dosage was prescribed was on the high side however I was given arimadex to help keep it low I use 0.25 eod as I do need estrogen.

Imagine having these permanent damaged legs and risk and reward. My physio, endo, haemotogist are aware of my elevated levels and as long as they are stable and prefer me to be physically active at is a simple case it I don't use it I lose it. Even right now if I walk I'm breaking down tissue at an accelerated rate.

This is serious, very serious, and I can see why some of your values would be elevated.

But while you do need estrogen, your estrogen levels look like they are 500% the range, thats not normal and you need to control that no matter your ligaments.

This was my concern as well. While you might feel fine (or not know any better) high estrogen is as bad as super low estrogen, especially for extended periods of time, and I’ve never been aware of an instance where a medical professional wouldn’t sort it out and lower these numbers as a matter of priority.

Good that you have blood pressure in the right space, but there are a bunch of other issues that could arise from having high estrogen levels for an extended period of time.

Blood clots, thrombosis, hypertension, gyno, prostate (and other hormone related) cancer, decreased bone health, mood issues, decreased cognitive function, liver issues, insulin resistance….

None of these are a given, but there is enough material that highlights the above as being risks that you’re likely facing with the numbers where they are.

You'll need to immediately go on an Ai or modify cycle doses, you shouldn't walk around with 500% elevated estrogen.
Can you add aromasin?

I'm not surprised with Sydney weather is so up and down and apart from training I had been looking after my niece and nephews as a family member just had surgery for cancer and I been running around trying balance social life, training and looking after 2 kids that is just turned 2 and other 5 months old.

Got to get yourself a place with aircon. 19°C (66.2°F for anyone that doesn't understand C) all night has me sleeping like a rock 😍

@fitnfast86 you need probiotics daily with the antibiotics, and you need to add multivitamins, high doses of vitamin D and C, its important to help you recover fast.

This time of year. It's a mess everywhere.
I avoid stores and malls as much as I can.
 
With shopping. The key is to get there right When they open in the morning.
Especially on the weekends, when a lot of people sleep in.

To put in context about my dad. I couldn't sleep

Took 25mg anavar in morning and 25mg anavar at night. I know it's one of the milder PEDS but I've made slowly noticed my weight comeback in strength and lethargy.

The 0.5 of Adex EOD waiting for for results but it's holidays noticed Energy is better but my shoulders are stiff however showering with magnesium oil and stretching in shower helps.

60 x 8 brutal reps reminds of of Dorian Yates clips

What i meant to say I'm not a fan of xmas holidays he's not there anymore and I'm reminded I look like him it's more that father/son bonding i missed most.
