cutting with sarms

currently 340 lbs and I’m about 5’9”
I’ve lost about 20 lbs but I need to lose probably another 100 to get back into decent shape
in the process of cleaning up my diet and also I’m exercising every day
what is going to be my best option when it comes to cutting on sarms?
Honestly man SARMS are not magic and do not directly burn fat. They help but at your current BF level i don't think they are the best option right now.
You would be much better served starting a diet/training log on here so we can help you.
You could also run a GLP-1 like semaglutide or tirzepatide to help burn fat and keep blood sugar in check.

if you want to cut you need to start going low carbs and doing lots of cardio, sarms alone dont do much
cardarine gw 20mgs ed would help you with cardio but thats all I would do at your weight

Honestly, get on a quality calorie deficit diet and mostly just walk for now, do like a dedicated 3 to 4 miles per day, every day, in addition to your normal daily routine. After that add in some basic weight training with a trainer. Once you're comfortable, focus on calorie deficit with then higher intensity cardio and weight training. As you continue to lose weight (you'll be a year out now) phase into compound movement heavier weight stuff: squats/deads, bench press movements, rows, etc. They work more muscles at once and BUILD muscle most effectively. Nothing burns more calories than simply HAVING MORE MUSCLE. Fat burns nothing, muscle uses energy with every movment you do. When you're 18 mos out, THEN add something like carderine. Get to 2 years out THEN consider SARMS to help your progress. Look at it this way: your health became this way over time, the solution will also be over time. None of these compounds are magic. They help, but not as much as you might think. It's the woek that does the magic. Focus on dedicating yourself to the long haul then add the helpers later. Also, don't think of it as a "diet". Diets fail because by definition a diet is a temporary change from what you do normally. Think of these as healthy permanent changes to your daily habit. If you do this, you will succeed.

I don't over-complicate things just use some GW for now

sr9009 would be a good option

I would go with Sr or GW they are great for endurance and breathing

try some lgd along with GW you won't go wrong

make sure you are using Umbrella they are excellent with sarms

they'll forget about RCS, they are also amazing

I think you'll get good benefits with rad and GW together

Run ozempic and 400mgs dnp daily

I try to stay as precise on information without playing any scare tactics or exaggerating.. DNP is not even in the same spectrum as Ozempic or any other GLP-1, which are APPROVED drugs that if used properly have MULTITUDES of benefits.. I have sat in on over ten conferences the past two months with the most informed and educated doctors you will find along with multiple podcasts on the way with some of the most enlightened out there who have a plethora of facts showing the many benefits of ozempic and tirzepatide... as with anything, MISUSE is the issue there but the drugs themselves are very very effective.. DNP on the other hand is absolutely poison.. The compound is illegal to sell as a food or medical product, but can be sold legally as a fertiliser, wood preservative or dye, and even as a pesticide... I think that says enough...

here you go

https://substanceabusepolicy.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13011-015-0034-1

im sorry but anyone saying it wont harm you is just not being honest and has no true understanding for what it is, what it will do and the longer term issues with it... i assure you anyone saying that has no REAL understanding of it whatsoever

Thats because those bodybuilders overused it to try to get shredded super quick
In moderation it wont harm you
The problem is not just abuse, you're misunderstanding the issue. The problem is DNP cannot be dosed properly by the seller, we had multiple people die taking the "right dose" including some Tony Huge sold DNP to, his CEO of company is in Jail for it. It's not a joke, you can be overdosed and not even know it. @heyheyheybro22
