We'll get this soonWe have got 6inches now and it's still coming down. The drift outside my office window is over 2ft, it got pretty windy last night.
@ballin2504 did you get much?
Here is what took me 2hrs yesterday.. the long strip was done by my neighbors tractor..do both brolol
so if you just leave it and don't shovel it what happens? Here is what took me 2hrs yesterday.. the long strip was done by my neighbors tractor..
It's not going to warm up til spring, but more importantly it ices over, it needs to safe for my wife & I, as well as deliveries.so if you just leave it and don't shovel it what happens?
won't it just melt away when it warms back up ?
I always have meat on my truckBetter Make sure you have those snow tires ready lol.
that is a lot of snow!
Yeh, I have family in Cali. I love the weather & scenery... but the politics make my blood boil... lolI don't miss living in the northeast at all. its nice and sunny here in cali![]()
Lol, I only take 2 year. One with me & my wife, and the other is the whole family. But it's only really cold for two months or so...Now, I see why you take so many vacations.
You want to get away from the cold and the snow.
You know great idea! If it's still on the ground Friday, I'll do it with the grandkidsDamn, that is a cool picture, man.
You should make one of those snowmen and put a carrot on its nose !
Definitelyit looks gorgeous. It would have been better if that happened though for Christmas and waking up to it.
@dominion7 yeah that snow is no joke!We have got 6inches now and it's still coming down. The drift outside my office window is over 2ft, it got pretty windy last night.
@ballin2504 did you get much?
Very clean, high protein and I like you're making mods, you can go up in fat and protein a bit. @dominion7Today's food was better and finally the cravings are starting to subside.

Thank you. It's crazy how quickly garbage food & sugar becomes addictive.Very clean, high protein and I like you're making mods, you can go up in fat and protein a bit. @dominion7
Yeah that makes sense. Very dangerous if it’s icyIt's not going to warm up til spring, but more importantly it ices over, it needs to safe for my wife & I, as well as deliveries.
There are accidents every time. But I was speaking more of slipping and falling outside, lolYeah that makes sense. Very dangerous if it’s icy
I imagine a lot of car accidents
@dominion7 very addictive and it's like a drug addiction.Thank you. It's crazy how quickly garbage food & sugar becomes addictive.
Yes, you should split your pins, even low dose, 2x/week minimum if you're comfortable with shots in general.About the pins.. so your saying it will work better hitting 1ml on Monday & 1ml on Thursday rather than pinning 2ml again on Saturday, correct?
Got it thx@dominion7 very addictive and it's like a drug addiction.

Shoveling snow is hell of a workout. No joke. At least it looks flat where your at. We get wet snow here. Hence very heavy. And we have hills and shit all over. Hardly ever prepared for a big snow. It can get very unsafe for driving walking ect…. Good job getting some dumbbells working at home. That should hold you over till u get back in Your gym again. It's not going to warm up til spring, but more importantly it ices over, it needs to safe for my wife & I, as well as deliveries.
I figured you got as well...I feel ya brother. We got 8-10 here in Kentucky
Protein for sure needs to go up, we can do it easy just a protein shake or 2, can we start there?Yesterday's food
Still trying to get dialed in.. I need to get my Carbs down & Protein up...

So is it ok to not worry about going to high on Calories & carbs while I'm getting my protein to where it needs to be then, focus on knocking the Carbs back down?Protein for sure needs to go up, we can do it easy just a protein shake or 2, can we start there?![]()
I would concentrate on higher protein higher fat foods, like steak. You're looking for higher protein/fat and very low carbs, semi ketogenic carnivore. And protein drink like fairlife are good but you need higher fats.So is it ok to not worry about going to high on Calories & carbs while I'm getting my protein to where it needs to be then, focus on knocking the Carbs back down?
I ate less today overall. It's helping my gut get right again.

Just some dumbbell work at home, was a very busy work week. I'll be getting some more shoveling cardio tomorrow, we just got another 5 inches of snow dumped on top of the 6 from Monday. I'll be back in the gym Monday & posting workouts
No Sir, just Test & anavarYour on NPP or deca? How do you like it?
I was speaking more of leaky gut... just getting the proper food back in me to stop the cravings, other than that..the gut is fine digestive wiseYou should take some digestive enzymes if your gut isn't right.
Changing up with your eating is smart too.
I'll work on that after Church this morningbro that funny your redneck ass shovels snow ha!
i want to see pic of that.
That is exactly what I needMaybe time to add in some fasting.
That will get your gut back in order quickly.
Sleep has been a little rough, my back bothers me a lot. I did find my diagnosis from about 12yrs ago, I'll share it laterHow are you doing on the sleep? Are you taking any naps?

Form stays good pretty much all the way through until the anavar pump just locks up everything lolMake sure you get in some green veggies to chew on to keep you full and digestive tract working properly. Do you do partial reps when you hit failure? Its a good idea to do them as long as you dont have form breakdown. If I hit failure at 6 on pulldowns I will do another 3-4 reps of partials and or assisted by my wife. This really overloads and helps break the muscle fiber down so it has to build back better. Just make sure and keep your form in check as injuries happen when form slacks.

@dominion7 cardio is perfect. The macros are decent but please up the fats if you are going low carbs so you dont lose your anabolic state. I like that you're back with changes and dedication, EVO fam supportForgot the cardio pic
Agreed, I've never seen them before. The Matrix bench press is pretty awesome, each arm is isolated in the press, and you don't need a spotter for heavy weight. Some of the Matrix machines are good to go
All my workouts & cardio are fasted.you will lesson your pumps by training fasted anyway. that will lower pumps. no carbs pre meal
plus will help with your fat loss.
That was my thought as well..I'm more worried about you, getting your cardio, then your weight training.
Especially since you're trying to cut.
