I couldn't get to the gym this morning. Going to work out at home.
I'm thinking DB flys, DB Incline press, DB shoulder presses, overhead tricept DB presses. my DBs only go to 52lbs.. any suggestions on a good at home DB workout for me today..
 
Here is what took me 2hrs yesterday.. the long strip was done by my neighbors tractor..
so if you just leave it and don't shovel it what happens?

Yes, you should split your pins, even low dose, 2x/week minimum if you're comfortable with shots in general.

Shoveling snow is hell of a workout. No joke. At least it looks flat where your at. We get wet snow here. Hence very heavy. And we have hills and shit all over. Hardly ever prepared for a big snow. It can get very unsafe for driving walking ect…. Good job getting some dumbbells working at home. That should hold you over till u get back in Your gym again. 💪🌸

I would concentrate on higher protein higher fat foods, like steak. You're looking for higher protein/fat and very low carbs, semi ketogenic carnivore. And protein drink like fairlife are good but you need higher fats.

It was low in fat, grass fed top sirloin. I normally get ribeyes, I'll have some this week.
Just some dumbbell work at home, was a very busy work week. I'll be getting some more shoveling cardio tomorrow, we just got another 5 inches of snow dumped on top of the 6 from Monday. I'll be back in the gym Monday & posting workouts

Maybe cut off the red meat for a week or two and see if that helps.

I bet that you'll notice a change in your gut.
 
Sounds like you have a lot of shoveling to do, that's good.

I have to cut my lawn during the summer like twice a week.
 
How are you doing on the sleep? Are you taking any naps?
 
I would consider skipping an early meal.
Maybe eat a couple meals later in the day.
 
You should take some digestive enzymes if your gut isn't right.
Changing up with your eating is smart too.
I was speaking more of leaky gut... just getting the proper food back in me to stop the cravings, other than that..the gut is fine digestive wise

Sleep has been a little rough, my back bothers me a lot. I did find my diagnosis from about 12yrs ago, I'll share it later

Its a good idea to do them as long as you dont have form breakdown. If I hit failure at 6 on pulldowns I will do another 3-4 reps of partials and or assisted by my wife. This really overloads and helps break the muscle fiber down so it has to build back better. Just make sure and keep your form in check as injuries happen when form slacks.

@dominion7 cardio is perfect. The macros are decent but please up the fats if you are going low carbs so you dont lose your anabolic state. I like that you're back with changes and dedication, EVO fam support :D

Some of the Matrix machines are good to go
Agreed, I've never seen them before. The Matrix bench press is pretty awesome, each arm is isolated in the press, and you don't need a spotter for heavy weight.
 
Some things were going on this morning which took time. However, I went ahead and went to the gym to at least knock out my cardio. It was freaking cold this morning, negative 6 degrees. I'm going to do DB front & side raises, and DB shoulder presses at home since I work from home.

When it's super cold like that, make sure you're warming up. Otherwise, you're gonna pull muscles so easily.
 
Make sure you bundle up and keep those muscles warm for sure.

You can't afford to have an injury.
 
That's good. You are able to make it and do some cardio.

And working out from home is perfect. I don't know why you don't do that more often.
 
matrix is good. Always important for gyms to change up their equipment. I agree.
 
Good that you got your cardio out of the way early in the day.

Now, you have more freedom, the rest of the day to do what you want.
 
I'm more worried about you, getting your cardio, then your weight training.

Especially since you're trying to cut.
 
And of our pumps are definitely no joke. You should be taking taurine.
 
you will lesson your pumps by training fasted anyway. that will lower pumps. no carbs pre meal

plus will help with your fat loss.

I'm more worried about you, getting your cardio, then your weight training.

Especially since you're trying to cut.
