That's good. You are able to make it and do some cardio.

And working out from home is perfect. I don't know why you don't do that more often.
My dumbells are the adjustable BowFlex dumbbells and they only go up to 52lbs.
 
Some things were going on this morning which took time. However, I went ahead and went to the gym to at least knock out my cardio. It was freaking cold this morning, negative 6 degrees. I'm going to do DB front & side raises, and DB shoulder presses at home since I work from home.
Cold but you did cardio still well done. :D EVO family dedication respect.

Diet looks good. You getting close to ketosis yet?
I didn't think you could get into Ketosis with Carbs this high. The only time I've ever been in Ketosis was when I did the Atkins diet a few times. It took me like 10 days of eating only 20 carbs a day to make that happen.

Ok. It depends on your activity level. I was able to get into ketosos in one day after doing 2 hours treadmill and a lifting session. Your carbs are close to the level u need. I just find it easier once you're in ketosos. I hate low blood sugar feeling.

Yes, I hate the low sugar thing too..especially mixed with caffeine. Creepy shaky feeling. That being said, I've never checked my ketones while working out & eating this way. I'll have to get some strips.. the weight does fall off me when I'm in ketosis, but man 20 Carbs a day suuuuccckkked...and I was freaking grumpy as hell..

I think I get about 50 grams min when I do the keto diet. Usually from veggies. Mostly broccoli and cucumbers. Gotta keep the digestive tract happy. 😃

@RoidRage69 you had ketones in the Urine but you were not in actual ketosis bro, if you went from high carbs to treadmill to ketone strip you could just release some ketones in the urine, happened to multiple clients of mine but blood ketone test would show otherwise
generally ketosis takes like 2 weeks to really get used to and shift the metabolic rate bro, thats industry standard

That's what I was thinking. It takes me about 10 days at 20-30 Carbs to get into ketosis

It's never easy going low carb until you hit ketosis. One thing I suggest is to eat as much raw veggies as you can. Also get a big bag of broccoli and eat it with all meals. It fills u up.

That cable thing sounds like a corrupted version (zero need to kneel) of the straight arm cable pulldown
Exactly, except the pulley is slid down almost to the floor so the motion of pulling the weight is when your arm is pulling up behind you.

I do have some ostazol... but it says like 1 before, 2 during, 1 towards end of workout. So I could take it as an appetite suppressant?

Great recommendation here. The raw veggies can also satisfy the craving for something "crunchy" as well. I use apple cider vinegar as a dip.

I love apple cider vinegar.. I soak cucumbers in it and eat those anyway... (I use a lot of salt though, I'll have to cut that back when i make them) thanks for the tip

I have both ostazol and cardazol. Take one with each meal correct? I also take two of each before I train.
@RoidRage69 correct, just 1 of each with each meal you'll feel a positive appetite control factor (ACF) with it bro ;)
2 of each before training is great for a sweat, before cardio its legit, I have a few guys loving cardazol for cardio now and bottle lasts forever.
 
@dominion7 it works as an appetite suppressant not as well as cardazol but will help, try 1 capsule with each meal and see bro ;)

Didn't track food today close enough. Took off work early to go with my brother to fix our father's furnace, the relay went out.
But taking the ostazol totally is working, I will not hit the calorie & protein levels at all..as well as carbs

I love seafood regardless. If I lived closer to the ocean I'd eat more of a variety such as oysters, grouper, etc...
 
Just be careful where you get your Seafood.

It's the #1, way to get food poisoning and make sure you cook it thoroughly.
 
You won't see much on the ketone strips unless you fast at least 15 to 20 hours. But you can get them just to see.
 
That's good that you're taking the time to do your cardio. Everybody should dedicate Time for it.

Picked up some ketone strips yesterday and tested first thing this morning. It's showing a small amount of ketone, I didn't think it would show anything.

I thought the fats were pretty high, at least for how I normally eat. I know the Carbs need work.
I have a question about my pins. Since I'm doing 500mgs cyp, @LevButlerov
 
Something is wrong with the site, if I try to add a user name in a sentence, it automatically does a reply, you don't get to finish the sentence. But anyway as I was trying to say.. Lev, mentioned instead of hitting 500mgs at once, split it up 250mg Sunday & 250mg Wednesday . That being said, should the following week be Saturday & Tuesday? Always being 4days between pins? Or always Sunday & Wednesday?

Twice a week on the same days is normal for pinning. I pin on Monday and Friday every week. This guarantee I get every 3-4 days between pins.

But Monday thru Friday is 5 days, whereas Friday thru Monday is 4. Which is why I thought it would change week to week like Monday, Thursday, then Sunday Wednesday, then Saturday Tuesday, so always a 4 day stretch, you know what I mean?

on the username issue, if the username is over the reply button when you click it seems to click the reply on mobile as well bro happens to me
should be fixed next version of the site

i think you should split sat tue or sun wed depends on your schedule bro but always split pins
