Cold but you did cardio still well done.Some things were going on this morning which took time. However, I went ahead and went to the gym to at least knock out my cardio. It was freaking cold this morning, negative 6 degrees. I'm going to do DB front & side raises, and DB shoulder presses at home since I work from home.

It's pretty easy to get back into ketosis on the same day if you know what to do and have experience doing it.
