hi all, I have a show coming up June 7th, I have got a full sponsorship for this show on the go from my gym, supplement company and lab(s). my routine right now is 4 days a week, until I am 16 weeks out then I will start going 4-6 days a week. my routine looks like this :
LEGS
BACK
SHOULDERS & BICEPS
CHEST & TRICEPS
repeat (depending how I feel I will do 4-6 days per week)
cardio is walking to and from gym plus an extra 20 min at gym on machine of choice that particular day.

GEAR: (I use 3 different labs, so if you have questions about my sources please ask me privately)
Growth Hormone - started at 3 IU per day (20 weeks out). Going to run 4 IU a day at 16 weeks out.
T400 - 800-1200 mg per week. ( TEST E and TEST D) 200 of each.
DIANABOL - 100mg per day
TREN ACE - 100 mg evod until deca arrives, then saving the rest for cut.
ARIMIDEX - 1mg evod

Test Prop, Tren Ace, Masteron Prop, GH, Clen, T3, Arimidex (pharma), Nolvadex, Halo

eating as many calories and anything I can right now until I start prep February 2nd at 16 weeks out. keeping it generally clean, lots of fluids to avoid cramping. I will get more specific with my macros and actual meals when I start prep in a few days.

You got the right build bro, but start doing more squats deeper in your training and hold before hitting the floor ATG, squeeze glutes when you come up

For sure you have the base, but you need to start recomping now bro if you have Toronto pro in your sights
and you'd need to bump HGH to compete with the pros, as well as start working on glutes @JackD42

i followed your other log, my thing is I think you have a great body but you have a hard time dialing in the last 2-4 weeks of the prep
so this time prep early so you peak early and test things out to feel how you respond you follow bro?

Running T400, 800 PER WEEK, DECA 500MG PER WEEK, DBOL 50-75 PER DAY PHARMA ARIMIDEX 1MG EVOD, GH 4IU daily, then when I'm out 8-10 weeks I will change it up to short esters and cutters. The liver HD and Vitastack are really helping my skin stay clear too . By keeping my liver flushed . Natural supplements: VITASTACK, CREATINE, GLUTAMINE, LIVER HD, WHEY, BCAA. FULLY LOADED.
