Ok here we go again. This will be my final log on this site until I die or I lose my sponsorship. I would like to thanks PSL as well as @~Vision~ for the opportunity to log and chase my dreams of becoming a World Record Holder in Powerlifting. I feel I will achieve this goal within the next 15 months or sooner. I just love the quality of the EuroPharmacies gear you supply me with and I couldn't ever imagine using anything else. Its the best gear I've ever run and the strength increases speak volumes to the quality of this gear.

My goals are pretty simple. To break the World Record in the deadlift in the Masters 55-59 age class in the 220 lb and the 242 lb divisions. I want both records within the next 15 months. I will also be chasing the total of all 3 lifts which is around 1850 lbs.

The Deadlift record is 731.9 in the 220 lb class and 749.5 in the 242 lb class. I feel I will be at 700 by this fall. I think 750 by next summer is very doable.

I train a 4 day split
Squat/legs
Bench/tris/rear delts
Deadlift/rows/shrugs
Lats/arms/delts

I train 2 on 2 off with an occasional extra day off in between 2 of the days above. It all depends on if it lands on the weekend I always take Sunday off for the extra off day. Basically it takes 8-9 days on average to complete the weekly split. I train extremely hard and heavy. I dont believe in wasted sets and reps. Quality over quantity. I take 5-10 minute rest periods on my heavy working sets of squats or deadlifts and about 4-5 minutes on my heavy bench sets. Usually reps of 3-5 on all sets and sometimes working up to heavy singles while I am in a peaking cycle. The goal is to gain strength without gaining mass. I need to make weight so muscle growth is not important. I will be eating at maintenance at 2200-2400 cals per day. 200-250 grams protein and the rest from carbs and fat. I eat a ton of nuts in my diet and protein shakes. I also eat enchiladas and beans and rice daily. Lots of milk and oatmeal. On non lifting days will be eating about 1800 cals to keep weight from climbing. If things get hard we will deploy the semaglutide. I believe its the single greatest drug ever made.

Today was awesome. I increased deadlift working sets by 50 lbs over last week. I was impressed with the speed off the floor. This is going to be one hell of a ride!!! Looking forward to doing 600 for sets of 5 by the time I start tapering. I feel it will be there. Ok everyone have a great finish to the week. Get Strong AF!!!

@RoidRage69 I want to say how impressed I've been since you started this journey. I believe you started at 300lbs or more give or take, you've dropped 50lbs or more and you've gains some amazing strength. You're an amazing part of the EVO family and we love and welcome you here always. :D Big respect love and support from you from our whole EVO family.

I think that you will have crazy good appetite. anytime i did deca and test together i was eating a lot. plus you are doing nutrobal too.

I feel like I am dreaming. The weights are just to damn light. I can't imagine what things will be like when my cycle fully kicks in. Next week I start up on Tren. I just started creatine loading this week. Today I just started on 50mcg IGF-1 LR3. Things are going to start rocking here in a big way. I was able to increase my close grip lat pulldown by 15 lbs this week for another all time best. I am one pin load away from the entire stack. Never thought I would be able to be so close to maxing out a cable lat pulldown in my life. The cool thing is I did heavy deadlifts yesterday and my back is fried today before going into the gym. I think my deadlift is going to go way higher than I thought once I start tapering and cancelling out certain exercises. Its going to be a fun ride thats for sure. Ok everyone have a nice weekend and get Strong AF!!!

Its pretty amazing my RHR has gone way down over the last 2 weeks since I started this cycle. I guess my body must be addicted to them. Go off cycle and RHR goes up. LOL.

Bro, your strength and all your doing is so motivating to me since we are close in age. Proof I can still get strong at our age. Age is just a number just like the weight on the barbell. Keep killing it!

Today the tendonitis is back in full force so we decided to take it easy and go low volume and only do a couple exercises to give body a break. Its brutal doing heavy benching the day after a heavy squat session. Also started on the Tren today when I got home from the gym. Going to take 100mg Tren E 3X per week along with the same amount of deca. So basically lowering the deca from 400 to 300 to equal the Tren dosage. This way it also maxes out my 3X injections with 3.5ml each day with my Primo and test. Ok everyone have a good week ahead and get Strong AF!!!

if you do pre training 1tbps mct even when super low carbs you'll see a huge performance boost
but you're light bulking looks like carbs there so no need for it better do a protein shake with some honey in it

Today the tendonitis is back in full force so we decided to take it easy and go low volume and only do a couple exercises to give body a break. Its brutal doing heavy benching the day after a heavy squat session. Also started on the Tren today when I got home from the gym. I don't want to get much bigger but my strength gains are skyrocketing so I don't know what my goal is. I do have semaglutide to deploy when needed. I am fully carb and creatine loaded atm.

Seeing your history and approach, I think your equilibrium weight is 230lbs. You're lean and strong at that weight. Likely over 240 going to be heavy on your frame. @RoidRage69

I'm trying to figure out what I should try on Friday for deadlift. How much did I leave on the table by doing 2 heavy working sets with 545 and 585? I'm thinking 675 is closer than I think. Maybe I should skip the working sets and do singles all the way up to 675? Skipped legs on Monday so I should be pretty fresh.

Also did way more reps on my close grip bench today verses last week and the week before with 315. Might be increasing to 325 for next week on all working sets. Semaglutide is doing its job. Weight is coming down nicely now. Eating mostly protein shakes and walnuts for majority of cals. Ok everyone have a nice finish to the week. Get Strong AF!!!

Thanks man. Nothing is nicer than hitting PR 6 weeks before peaking. I cant wait for the deca and Tren to kick in hard. Ive only been on both for 10 days now. I figure the tren will start kicking in next week or week 3 since its a longer ester Enanthate. I kind of remember the Tren Ace took about 2 weeks before even starting to see a sign of it hitting and that stuff is generally pretty fast acting compared to the Enanthate. From what I understand it can take 3-4 weeks before Tren E starts doing its thing. I am also done with the harsh orals for pre workout now so obviously the tren and deca are starting to do its thing just not at peak yet.

You should have seen me trying to get seated into the dip machine. My wife had to jump up first to get enough down force to help me get seated. In fact we both jumped up to help downforce momentum.
 
i've always had tren hit me like a ton of breaks. you will get super stronger on it, just don't go overboard and end up like me and injuring yourself
Thats why I'm sticking to my 2-3% weekly jumps in weight on my lifts. Don't want to overdo it. You also notice my low volume only 3 exercises today.
