Approved Log 2nd Cycle - Test/Primo/HGH/Retatrutide Log

Week 8/12 of log:

Been a great week with sleep and diet, traning days have been 1/2 lower than I would’ve liked due to hectic work hours/sleep overs/night shift, but have managed to keep activity and traning high where possible. Strength continues to slowly climb even with the steep deficit with still a form focused approach with warmup sets. Have been hitting lower REPS and leaving some RIR to keep progressive overload doing its thing. Have put on a KG since last week and keen to start increasing calories very soon once I shed a bit more fluff.


H: 179cm/5’10
Current weight: 84.5kg/185LBS
Goal weight: 80kg/178LBS
Coach: solo as of now, hiring Gains Man beginning of April once again.

Current Compounds: 500/400 Test E/Primo ED
2.5U HGH before bed ED/ 3.3mg Reta a week-(Mon/Wed/Fri)
SIDES: Body is feeling amazing, no fatigue, more energy and strength has gone back up. Only negative is the Bacne has gotten a tiny bit worse. Using an acne prone foam wash which I working wonders tho.

Weekly conclusion, bit low on training volume but have taken it to recoup and recover and have been hitting this current week super hard and really dialling back on diet and sleep. Really working on more core work every workout also.

Week 9/12 of extended log (looking at closer to 14-16 weeks as @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals has given me a bit extra compound/s and I want to do him the honourable thing🙏.

It’s been a roller coaster of a week haha, work has been crazy, diet has been good, misso has had her birthday weekend and it’s been hard to stay “behaved/disciplined”. Nonetheless here we are and smashing goals still. Weight has barely changed from last weigh-in, traning has been solid even tho I’m currently on my 3rd day away from the gym. (Enjoying the recovery and extra carbs)
Have incorporated some nice drop-sets with arm workout and some chest as instructed by you legends! Sleep is still shit unfortunately, just very broken, but everything else seems to be on track.
Starting to slowly increase calories and carb intake. 100+ over maintenance 200+/300+ in the upcoming month. Ideally stick to 300+ maintenance for as long as I can and gain some quality tissue without losing definition too much.
I feel my body maybe starting to tolerate the Reta so I’m upping the dosage to 12mg p/w instead of 9.9. Have been eating mostly the same foods everyday which consists of:

Breakfast : Quality protein yoghurt/fresh berries
Lunch : Steak/Lean beef mince, veggies/salad
Afternoon : chicken breast, rice/quality protein bars
Dinner : eggs, quality double ISO whey shake

Adding in an AB workout at the end of every session also (approx 3 sets) Still following the same schedule I have been to about 80% accuracy. I’m going away this weekend to volunteer for, “Kids with cancer camp”, so the previous traning week after this will be non-existent (1 traning day) so I’ll postpone next weeks log to about 10 days instead of a week.

Starting to slowly increase calories and carb intake. 100+ over maintenance 200+/300+ in the upcoming month. Ideally stick to 300+ maintenance for as long as I can and gain some quality tissue without losing definition too much.
I feel my body maybe starting to tolerate the Reta so I’m upping the dosage to 12mg p/w instead of 9.9. Have been eating mostly the same foods everyday which consists of:

Reta as in the glp1 drug ? Was that actually 12mg or mean to say 1.2mg ? Ive never seen someone go 12mg on a glp1 drug before, unless the dose for reta is completely different, or im just confusing reta with something else lol.
 
Those little breaks can be great for the body and a mental reset. Meals are looking good. Nice to see you throwing in the drop sets. Those can be a great tool.

It’s been a roller coaster of a week haha, work has been crazy, diet has been good, misso has had her birthday weekend and it’s been hard to stay “behaved/disciplined”. Week 10/14 of log. (Skipped last week due to important life events/volunteer work), so this week effort levels and game has been stepped up to compensate for it, physically and mentally.
Diet:
I’ve been eating 2-3 quality subscription based meals daily, as the company gave me a great deal, they’re clean, high protein and convenient for the time being. Have filled in the gaps with protein shakes and home cooked meals also. Slowly increasing calories by 100 every week until 350+ above maintenance for this lean growth phase.

Training:
have shaken things up again and going back to a push pull split so I can hit every body part twice a week again. Feeling allot better for it and not as fatigued, ie; increase in output and effort levels. Strength has gone up quickly again, after 8 days away from the gym. Progressive overload has been reasonable and starting to incorporate more drop sets into my workouts. AB work is coming along nicely too.

That concludes a monster of a week, really feeling great and loving @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals products to keep firing and feeling like a weapon! Going up in calories has made a huge difference on strength and gym output, slight loss of AB definition already but the rest of my body is feeling full. honestly brother this was YEARS ago, but i used to be part of gh15 forum, before it went insane it was really really good and filled with actual bodybulders haha, they had crazy tips and tricks like that, cause all accutane is is super high concentrate vitamin a, i think i would buy the 10000iu or 25000iu fish oil caps from IHERB and then just take 4 or 5 a day, granted i was only about 22 at the time so i was probably very resiliant but over the span of a month or so i remember clearning my skin complelety, and it was BAD, now you cant even tell

It’s been a great week, not allot to report as it’s strictly business now! Have lost 3 kg again so back to 83kg as I’ve finally attained some Reta and it’s shocked the appetite back into deficit mode.
Sleep has been a little off still as I’m struggling to get to sleep comfortably as of late. Diet has been a little off as I’ve been indulging in some sweets, but main meals have been clean, low fat, high protein/medium carb ratio. Traning has been really good, I’ve started dabbling in a little DMAA 3x a week with my first 3 traning days to give me some extra fire power and overcome my strength plateau’s. Loving the split workouts, also aiming for heavier weight/lower volume at the start of the week, lighter weight/higher volume to end the week. Mon/Tue/Wed chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders, rest and repeat.

Week 11/12 of log:

It’s been a great week, not allot to report as it’s strictly business now! Have lost 3 kg again so back to 83kg as I’ve finally attained some Reta and it’s shocked the appetite back into deficit mode.
Sleep has been a little off still as I’m struggling to get to sleep comfortably as of late. Diet has been a little off as I’ve been indulging in some sweets, but main meals have been clean, low fat, high protein/medium carb ratio. Traning has been really good, I’ve started dabbling in a little DMAA 3x a week with my first 3 traning days to give me some extra fire power and overcome my strength plateau’s. Loving the split workouts, also aiming for heavier weight/lower volume at the start of the week, lighter weight/higher volume to end the week. Your training is on point, showing real dedication with a smart approach to intensity and form. Keep an eye on that bacne though, glad to hear the foam wash is helping. Sticking to your routine while managing life’s ups and downs is tough, but you’re clearly handling it like a champ.

Week 11/12 of log:

It’s been a great week, not allot to report as it’s strictly business now! Have lost 3 kg again so back to 83kg as I’ve finally attained some Reta and it’s shocked the appetite back into deficit mode.
Sleep has been a little off still as I’m struggling to get to sleep comfortably as of late. Diet has been a little off as I’ve been indulging in some sweets, but main meals have been clean, low fat, high protein/medium carb ratio. Traning has been really good, I’ve started dabbling in a little DMAA 3x a week with my first 3 traning days to give me some extra fire power and overcome my strength plateau’s. Loving the split workouts, also aiming for heavier weight/lower volume at the start of the week, lighter weight/higher volume to end the week. Mon/Tue/Wed chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders, rest and repeat.

That's a good shoulder workout.
Make sure you're doing some arm rolls and really taking care of your shoulders and warming them up really good.

Week 11/12 of log:

It’s been a great week, not allot to report as it’s strictly business now! Have lost 3 kg again so back to 83kg as I’ve finally attained some Reta and it’s shocked the appetite back into deficit mode.
Sleep has been a little off still as I’m struggling to get to sleep comfortably as of late. Diet has been a little off as I’ve been indulging in some sweets, but main meals have been clean, low fat, high protein/medium carb ratio. Traning has been really good, I’ve started dabbling in a little DMAA 3x a week with my first 3 traning days to give me some extra fire power and overcome my strength plateau’s. Loving the split workouts, also aiming for heavier weight/lower volume at the start of the week, lighter weight/higher volume to end the week. Mon/Tue/Wed chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders, rest and repeat.

Current weight: 83.5kg/184LBS
Goal weight: 80kg/178LBS, was 3kg off, close but on my way back up in a lean growth phase.

SIDES: Body is feeling amazing, no fatigue, more energy and strength has gone back up. Only negative is the Bacne has gotten a tiny bit worse. Using an acne prone foam wash which I working wonders tho.
Kaizen Blend (Nad+/Choline)/ @ Driven-Nutrition

VITAMINS:

(Liver/Blood support especially, curriculum, ZMA (bulk nutrients), berberine, multi vitamin, fish oil, NAC, Alpha hcg, Taurine, executive B complex.

SUPPS:

Creatine/Veg and ISO Whey protein/Total War pre/Demo Day, carb powder/cream of rice, CBUM pre workout non-stim and stim.

Have dropped the dosage of Test/Primo slightly, have had no Reta for 2+ weeks and slightly increased HGH for the moment. Body is feeling better with the balance out! Reta is back in the mix and appetite has decreased along with a 3kg weight loss within the week.
Traning for the week as follows: focus on intensity with good form, also pushing myself hard on top sets.

@Alex1909 Great progress! Losing 3 kg and hitting 83 kg is impressive especially with the appetite changes. Your training looks solid.
 
@Alex1909 Power update and impressive commitment! Dropping back to 83kg while adjusting your compounds and increasing HGH sounds like it's balancing out well for you, especially with the return of Retatrutide helping to manage your appetite.

Your training is on point, showing real dedication with a smart approach to intensity and form. Keep an eye on that bacne though, glad to hear the foam wash is helping. Sticking to your routine while managing life’s ups and downs is tough, but you’re clearly handling it like a champ.
I think we do need to see you lean out more, but you look amazing in the pics now. :D
100% mate, time for a cruise coming up unfortunately. But will dial back into my diet 100% to try and pack some lean tissue on the hard way haha.
 
@Alex1909 Great job on the cable. Lateral raises and the rear delts.

That's a good shoulder workout.
Make sure you're doing some arm rolls and really taking care of your shoulders and warming them up really good.
Always stretching and doing external/internal rotations to keep them healthy mate!😁🙏

You look fantastic, man. I like your physique a lot. You're putting on some lean muscle mass and you're cutting it out in the fat, which is perfect.

Haha he was a rescue mate, can never be 100% sure, most like TerrierXStagXstaffy. He’s a beautiful menace🤣 this was his vet trip, he wasn’t happy.
 
Week12/12-14 log: (extending for 2 weeks as @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals is a legend and has given excess ⚙️ and it’s the right thing to do)

Been a decent week, not great with my diet:(, but strength has gone up crazy for some reason. Hitting PB’s left right and centre at about a 10-25% increase in top set progressive overload with still a big emphasis on form and good warmups. Resting HR has been sitting at 100bpm for far too long, time for a cruise after this log is finished for about a month or 2 to bring markers back to where they should be and get that HR down again. Will be focusing on hitting that 5lt of water per day plus upping sodium/potassium intake with advice from @Trumpy McTrumpface the encyclopaedia. Still eating reasonably clean, Reta is doing its work but have definitely put a little fluff back on in short time, plus 3-4kg, so sitting at 86-87kg again. Have started putting 20mcg of DMAA into the mix 3 times a week thanks to @Livewell2024 ‘s generosity. Vascularisation is starting to increase, but not taking that as a good thing as my HR needs to be lowered ASAP. BP is good on the other hand 120/70-80ish.

Thanks allot to the community for continued support, feedback and constructive criticism, truly means the world to me and helps in a big way on this journey. I did have another sponsor lined up after this log, but after solid advice I’m going on a cruise of 150Test/100Primo/2IU’s HGH for minimum of 8 weeks which is just in time for my next bloodwork. Not ideal as I feel I’m actually starting to make progress for the first time, but thinking of my health which is the smartest thing to do as for now. Third cycle will be a banger tho, considering SUS/Pimo or EQ and a little this and that….. will be increasing cardio again as I’ve been a little slack with it.

May throw some Metformin and Telmisartan into my daily mix for some added BP support, doing a bit more research beforehand.

@Alex1909 found my last dog running on the street skinny as a puppy. she jumped into my arms and i took her home. ended up doing a DNA test and she was all kinds of things it was cool to do

people don't realize when they get a 'pure bred' dog its also a mix of different things lol. it is the same way with humans. people think they are one group and when they truly go back in time hundreds of thousands of years dna shows they are mixed a lot more then they think. so its dumb the way people think a pure bred is a better dog
