You're certainly on a lot of stuff. That's why your total testosterone levels and free testosterone levels are so high.

Still feeling under the weather. I just don't have my normal appetite. Staying hydrated and eating tolerable protein snack, eggs, protein drinks, fruits. Weight is dropping. I wonder if this is what should feel like being on a GLP? I'm not on one at the moment. I suppose I am negating the food consumption from last week. I did see some slight edema with the increased sodium and sugar from last weeks meals.

I did my normal Wednesday workout, 2 plate presses. Was moving well, did seem to run out of gas towards the end. Still very happy with my strength. More stability and confidence in my presses.

Regarding the bloodwork I am on the support supplements like N2Guard. I did skip 2 injections but resume my normal schedule this week.
I will wind down at the end of April.

I would be anxious to see if you all think I have made gains. It is hard to tell yourself. I do need to get rid of the hair. I may do it sooner or later, it may have to wait till I get back from the next college trip.

I supposed you should feel less hunger but its hard to keep track of your diet. @PrinceDaddy I kind of see the updates but details not sure, you seem to be self coaching which is difficult.
 
I feel like it is diet, daily aspirin, and I do take a statin: rovustatin.
Ok that makes sense, ive thought about a statin just for long term use of that and to prevent to much inflammation and stress on the body.

Got under 190 for the first time this year. Did not expect stomach flu to get me there. I am feeling much better today. In fact I cooked today and am eating as I type this. It's been a while since I cooked, 2 weeks ago. I am ready to getting back to my normal food. I have ground beef 93/7 ready for a few days.

My trap/tricep, and RDL workout was back to normal as well. I'm ready to start grinding. I do feel stronger.

@PrinceDaddy Hope you feel better soon! Take care and prioritize rest and recovery. It's good you're keeping an eye on your bloodwork and understand how your cycle affects those markers. Looking forward to hearing about your trip when you're feeling up to it.
 
I should also mention higher doses of deca seem to blow my cholesterol numbers. Test/EQ just affects my RBC/Hematocrit/Hemoglobin.
That is good information if i run them i will watch those, i was thinking long term prevention of issues we as bodybuilders run into, so i figured if i can get approved for a statin why not run it while i cycle.

Tomorrow is my heavy leg day. Looking forward to it. That's what happens when you travel for a week. Planning my meals up to Thursday next week. Will miss the evening meal, likely boiled eggs.

Looks like grocery stores do not have liquid egg whites. I use pretty heavily. Brought last 3 cartons today. Heard or read the chicken flu, they are prioritizing eggs vs egg products. Will likely use a substitute next week. Maybe Fairlife 2%. Looking for high protein base liquid for shakes.

@Npcclassicphysique champ I agree 100%. I'm really wanting to see the physique changes. I have one more college trip this week. Next week I plan on getting rid of the remaining body hair. Once I can see it, I can focus in on the physique. I am getting excited to see what I can do this year.

I think my squats have really improved. I am really getting deep in the hole. Have good control. I can usually get my legs shredded. Hoping to have some mass on them. Would really like to get more mass all around on the legs. Anyone able to do the Jay Cutler Quad stomp? Get the quad to wiggle before and then harden it?

I have so much hair it's just too hard to see under coat. Next week, I'll get rid of it. Also in my walks in the sun, the skin will darken and thin .

I am planning the cut cycle to start in May.

3 top sets of my chest 225 upper body presses. My focus has been shoulders and delts. I seem to wake up tired but get it done. My presses themselves feel strong. The anabolics are working. Weight is trending up. Appetite is up. Fly out tomorrow to Cleveland for the daughter's last college visit. Likely no log entries till Sat or Sun. I should be able to focus on the show after this trip. Will be off diet on Friday, just need to keep it in reason.

Made an omelet today. My avocados are not ripe. So, solo omelet.

I am back. As mentioned previously one last college visit to Cleveland, Ohio. Daughter had a great time. She is choosing between 3 schools.
All good schools, she is the one going, not me... so it is her decision. I am glad to be done with these trips. I can focus on bodybuilding. My diet
was a little compromised with all the traveling. Probably TMI, but my digestive system gets whacked. It seems like I get constipated. In any case I am glad to be done.

I did a partial Saturday Leg work out, mostly machines. Today I did my normal chest/shoulder 2 plate 225 press work out. Feel pretty good.
Weight from the stomach flu seems to be back. I did eat a little off menu on Friday/Sat. I'm back on my normal food. I am missing liquid egg whites, having to sub fairlife fat free milk for my protein drinks.

I can focus on the show. Ready to start cutting into the show.

Great back work out today. 5 plate T bar rows. I also do landmine squats and rdls with the same machine on the way down. 130 lb dumb bell rows. 3 top sets. Still working on pull ups trying to flare out the lats. I'm in the 3-5 rep range. I'll get to 10, just have to keep working it.
The plan is to continue to get back to normal routine this week. Looking to shed some more hair on Saturday. Just trying to move to the 185-190 weight range.

Eating ground beef 93/7 with sweet potatoes. Love my food. Ready to grind.

It will be fun to explore wherever she decides to go. I'm not that well traveled in Ohio, Indiana, and Central Pennsylvania. Our visits were focused on the school so apart from the airport and the campus we did not do much else.

Getting back to my routine. I feel like when I have a good rhythm, things are progressing. More reps, heavier weight, more control, new movements. Feels like I just have been stale. I look to do 10-12 reps on any lift, but it feels like I am getting 7 to 10. It is as if my energy levels are low. I'm hoping this changes with all the college visits completed.

Been thinking about how to grow some legs. Part of me is thinking about pushing the rep range from 10 to 20. It would be a beating, but I think with a little push and motivation. I think I can do 315. I did 8 tops sets of banded 315 anywhere from 6-10 reps. On the leg press, I am also trying to get my knees closer to my chest.

Let's see how things progress...

Still dragging a bit. I felt some androgen rage today as I seemed want to push, harder, faster. Waiting on equipment, feel like I'm running slower.
I am getting it done, mentally I just want to do more, but am out of time. My friend is out of town the next few weeks, so I'll be walking myself. I've been trying to catch up on podcasts. I have been behind due to the college visits.

Eating my last serving of ground beef 93/7 with sweet potato. Thawing Ground Chicken 98/2 for meal prep tomorrow. Will have omelet for dinner after the meat prep.

As I move thru April, I would like to see my weight drop to the 184-189 range. I would like to become more agile on the body movement exercises, pull ups, etc. I still need to trim more body hair. The leg hair should come off this Saturday. Will prob get rid of the chest/belly hair the following week. Will post progress shots once I clean it up a bit.

@PrinceDaddy I agree its your mid section, but vacuums wont fix the problem of the size of it. Digestion and discussing diet will help a lot.

Just may run it on Sat/Sun for some intense work outs. Plan on trimming leg hair tomorrow. Next week will do the chest and belly. I have quite the carpet so a little at a time.

I am starting to add more body weight exercises. Pull ups notably. This is actually a good bicep exercise. I am bit frustrated with the new equipment at my gym. Bars that while adequate not as good as previous bars for angles and feel.

Decent work out today. More focus on core to start with ab work and vacuums. Then progress to shoulders and chest with focus on delt activation. I feel pretty good. I'm strong, I just don't seem to have rage. I feel like in years past. I had more strength and rage. The leg, arm, back carpet is gone. I just have the chest/belly/privates. I'll get rid of that next Saturday. It's a hefty task when you have not shaved since last year.

Here's how the legs look. Feels the same to me. Of course, still have much fat to lose for better conditioning and cuts

Getting used to the new machines. Strength is good. I am moving weight with ease. With most of the hair gone, I'm really looking for some pop to my muscles. Legs are coming in. Tomorrow is leg day so I'm anxious to see how my legs look. As mentioned I would like to see the rep count go up on the top sets.

As far as my back goes. I am doing 5 plates on the chest supported t bar rows. 130 lb dumb bell rows. Going up to 4 plates each side on the iso lateral row. On the plate loaded lat pulldown I go as high as 3 plates each side. Would like to do 4, but need someone to hold me down to lock in my legs. I am also working on lat pull ups. I am doing 3-6 at this point. I want an easy 10+ without even thinking about it. Just have to keep working it and as I get lighter I should progress.

Appetite is strong. Eating ground chicken 98/2 with sweet potato. I am really having watch what I eat. Drinking water, trying to pre-fill before food. I just want to eat and snack. I'm really having to just say no. I will need to get more serious as May approaches.
