Getting used to the new machines. Strength is good. I am moving weight with ease. With most of the hair gone, I'm really looking for some pop to my muscles. Legs are coming in. Tomorrow is leg day so I'm anxious to see how my legs look. As mentioned I would like to see the rep count go up on the top sets.
As far as my back goes. I am doing 5 plates on the chest supported t bar rows. 130 lb dumb bell rows. Going up to 4 plates each side on the iso lateral row. On the plate loaded lat pulldown I go as high as 3 plates each side. Would like to do 4, but need someone to hold me down to lock in my legs. I am also working on lat pull ups. I am doing 3-6 at this point. I want an easy 10+ without even thinking about it. Just have to keep working it and as I get lighter I should progress.
Appetite is strong. Eating ground chicken 98/2 with sweet potato. I am really having watch what I eat. Drinking water, trying to pre-fill before food. I just want to eat and snack. I'm really having to just say no. I will need to get more serious as May approaches.
